Impressive software, Astonishing suport - This is a really solid app. The only thing missing is the ability to have tracking sent in transactional Email. The support is 24/7 and very good. Free trial, give it a shot

Great support - Implementing Omnisend with email marketing strategies has improved my CRO by 242%. We had a few hiccups in the workflow creation, but Tiana in the customer support division was able to figure out why my SMS was not triggering. Minor adjustments to my workflow were made and now all is fixed.

Great Software, matched by great responsive support - Really like this software and more importantly the support if you ever need it. Received some great support from Kristina recently and not only are they responsive, when their shift ends the problem is relayed to a colleague, so you are never sat waiting for long.

Newsletter integration - Customer Support - Fantastic and extremally fast customer support by Salma. She was very kind, fast, respectful, fun, and got my initial question answered. Salma has by far been the best customer service rep I have ever spoken to! For my second question she went to her team for help, and my question turned into a potential feature for omnisend. So far, the app its self has been fantastic. I can edit my emails to have the exact same look and live of my store.

Amazing Support from Kamilia! - Kamila was very patient, gave quick support and was able to offer the solution we needed.

Excellent Support- Issue Resolved - New user and had an issue loading products with the Product Picker feature. Chat support resolved this in a few minutes and I'm now able to use this excellent feature.

Help With Removing Subscribers - Salma was quick to answer my questions and guide me in the right direction. Happy with their service for the past 4 years.

Better than MC - We used MC for years, but I was finally tired of support not fixing basic issues, so we switched. Omnisend is Much cheaper and offers more features.

Very simple, Very Effective - I've been very happy with Omnisend. They are always innovating and improving their service, and the customer support is top notch. Every time i've struggled with something they have solved it right away. I've been using them for over a year, and will continue to do so. If they keep this up they will be the best email marketing service available. Implementing automated campaigns is very intuitive and they offer tons of resources to make it easier. I highly recommend.

A Waste Of Time - After spending hours of learning how to create marketing emails, my account was placed on paused after the first and only reported as spam. Mind you, EVERY email in my contacts physically subscribed, created a detailed profile to be added top this list to receive email marketing and news letters. I have submitted request to have this "fixed" and haven't heard a word from these company. So this was a waste of my time , consumer beware.

Automations - I was not understanding how to use this site, I could not figure out how to navigate within the automations tab on my projects. My contact support specialist. Olesia was so helpful and did all that she could do explain how to see the work that had been done on my account. She was patient and did not give up on me. Helped me until I figured it out. She was amazing.

Migrating from Klaviyo and glad I did! - I recently moved over from Klaviyo and I must say, the customer service is SUPERIOR. I worked with Stefan and he's amazingly helpful and patient. The templates are contemporary and beautiful and the interface is so easy to navigate! Only wish I would have changed sooner.

No live support - Support is only by email not totally clear, first campaign was pause they said due a spam report but the list was 100% subscriber base. 5 Days now still not resolved, no live chat or phone support which means problems take days to resolve. Had some early set up issued too, support was slow and not really helpful. If you need support another solution will maybe a better options. I am about to give up on this one.

Email Issue - I ran into some small hiccups setting up my sender's email. Stefan helped me at first and was very helpful every step of the way like verifying my email instantly and trying to solve the issue. And when it came to the issue being outside scope of his work he immediately requested help from their specialist and Nikola helped me with the email issues I was having. They are great! The customer support is fast and very friendly! I also really love this program it is very easy to use and love that I get to design it to match my brand. Thank you Omnisend!

Great support and product! - I'm migrating from mailchimp to omnisend and not only do I like the design tools much better, but I had some issues with the migration and support was GREAT! Highly recommend this app!

Omnisend Response time - Had an small issue setting up Omnisend with our online business using Bigcommerce. Omnisend responded quickly, efficiently and in friendly fashion sorting the issue quickly and getting us back to work promptly. Recommended.
