Inadequate and greedy - Mailchimp is way too much expensive. It counts all the contacts from BC, subscribed or not. Some features are interesting like the reports and sales linked to each campaign but these are not worth the price. I am switching to Flodesk

Unable to install scripts - I followed the installation instructions and I was not able to duplicated the process. Once I get to "Install scripts" I am not able to produce the scripts as shown in the instructions.

I'm sure that given enough time, patience and determination many of the features might be useful, but there are easier systems out there.

Prices keep going up. Frequent problems - Have used mailchimp for over 5 years. Every year, the price goes up and they add more complex features, which unfortunately we don't use. Yet we have had relatively frequent integration issues. Their documentation kind of sucks. Inserting discount codes doesn't work currently. They always recommend to uninstall and reinstall which pretty much never works. Probably just so that you feel like they have attempted to solve the problem.

Great - Simple integration but effective, love to see better documentation about the settings because no sometimes we get 2 mails, 1 mailchimp and 1 bigcommerce

can't stand Mail Chimp - way too confusing, you have to pay for unsubscribes, hard to manage, interface sucks, can't stand mail chimp anymore, i'm off to look for something better...

Great for Marketing! - We have been using Mailchimp for years and it's easy and fun to use. I like the monkey. : )

Wheels Fell Off - We've been happily using Mailchimp for several years. The integration worked seamlessly. I'm not sure what happened, but recently the wheels have literally fallen off. We don't have time to wrestle with code issues, etc. So, we're replacing it.

User friendly - Thank you for such great service! We are not super techy and you guys make it easy for us!
