Company Name Integration - The MailChimp integration for Big Commerce does not bring the company name over from Big Commerce into MailChimp.We require the company name for Big Commerce user setup, but that shouldn't matter; if there's a company name defined, it should be brought over.Why would a marketing management tool that is supposed to support B2B transactions not include the company name in the integration?That's just silly.

Used to work well. - Worked well then they updated. Now I get an error email every time I get a new subscriber. "There is an issue with your stores email integration"They also try and hit you with the fees once you hit a certain level. No more freebie.

not good - I have been a MailChimp user for MANY years because they have a free version. Which is great for sending out the occasional newsletter but the automation side of things is terrible. Since its free there is no support. The integration with BC is highly frustrating. The abandon cart function that I was so happy to see is awful. Since turning it on, it send my customers an email saying they have an abandoned cart AFTER they have already place an order. The order notification emails are a problem as well. It appears that is a customer doesn't sign up to allow for newsletter emails while checking out, it wont send them an order confirmation. I will continue to use it for email marketing but will have to find other options for abandoned cart emails and switch back to the built in, very outdated looking, BC order confirmation emails.

What Happened Mailchimp? - It all started to go downhill after the last update. Features stopped working. Bigcommerce and Mailchimp can't answer why after hours of "It's not our fault", I give up :(

Automatically Unsubscribe + spam filter - We used to love mailchimp. It worked great and was reliable and ahead of the competition... no more. 4 time out of 5 you never get a good support tech person... no phone calls and bad software that automatically unsubscribe new and old customers plus issues with new audiences sending 90% of the emails in my newsletter to spam folder. keep blaming BC for the issue and viceversa... I am this close to move to shopify and to Constant Contact.

Connecting Store - We have been using the app for a few years now, and everything was good until 3 weeks ago, when it crashed. Ever since, the app wont sync with the store and after contacting support on multiple occasions I have been told that I need to way. Surely 1 week would be more than enough to sync the data. During this time we have not been able to use the platform to its full potential.

MailChimp is great but no tracking in confirmations?! - I have been a long time MailChimp user and love the application but they have really missed it on not having tracking information in the shipping confirmation emails. I don't even know why you would have shipping confirmation emails without sending out the tracking number. Come on MailChimp, you can do better.

Is it working? I can't tell. - I have had mailchimp installed but I'm not even sure that it has any use and am too afraid to remove it incase it messes up my Privy popup. When people sign up to my newsletter using the automatic sign up form in my theme, Mailchimp aren't accounting for these. My Privy popup form is the only thing that links my subscribers to my Mailchimp. I'm finding myself unsure.

No tracking number in ship notification - This 'integration' features a ship notification with...get this...no tracking number! That is the one single piece of information a webstore must include in a ship confirmation email, and this software can not s support that.

Revenue reporting and order synch doesn't work since OCT 2017 - We have been using Mailchimp for over 3 years, and at first everything was working fine, beautiful data about the e-commerce result of every mailing. In OCT 2017 somehow it went wrong, and ever since all we get is "our tech team is working on it". Really? Six months for a fix? We're cutting our losses and moving on...

Would be great... if it worked properly - I am having some major troubles with the app - not synching to my lists properly. It's glitchy... and is constantly sending me emails that the email address "doesn't belong to this list". Pretty frustrating! Especially when you pay well over $100 a month for Mail Chimp.
