Repeatedly Overcharged - Multiple times now my account was 'upgraded' without my consent, and I was overcharged. I made sure I was below any send or audience limit that might bump me up to a higher tier. If it happened once, ok, then maybe it was a mistake. But it has happened now multiple times. I would downgrade my plan, and it showed the amount I would be charged next month, then guess what? I would receive an invoice for the higher amount with no explanation. They automatically upgrade your plan for any of 100 reasons, but they will NEVER downgrade you, even though you reduce your limits and change your plan

Extremely Costly - The problem with the MailChimp integration is that every email address pulled from BC is chargeable even when the customer has chosen not to subscribe. There is a workaround on the platform but you have to do this every few days; otherwise, you are hit with a hefty invoice. I can't get my head around why they would charge for these customers when we can't email them. Do not waste your money and time. MailChimp, get your act together as it's nonsense.

can't import products from bc to mail chimp - chat support is terrible and it don't import products from bc in to mail chimp to make sending emails easy, product retargeting does not work either, I'm going to find another email provider

Syncing My Website Was Quite Easy! - I have used Mail Chimp in the past, but this new software synced in a few minutes and everything went very smoothly. Just as promised!

To 99% of contacts impossible to send something - To 99% of contacts impossible to send something: 20000 contacts were transferred as non Subscribers. MailChimp counts them for their Subscription Price, but don't get sent them anything :)

I don't know where to start - Mailchimp stopped importing sales data from BigCommerce, although it never was anywhere near accurate before anyway. Now it's totally useless. The text editor is so buggy I have to compose my text outside the program and then paste it in to avoid massive issues with bad formatting. I can't edit it in the HTML editor because that won't allow me to highlight most of the code and only allows me to type randomly. If you accidentally segment an audience wrong, they call it additional subscribers and hit you with a big price increase even if you then delete the segment. It's only the time and worries about losing data that have prevented me from switching programs but next month I will bite the bullet and do it. This is truly pathetic software.

order email automations never work - despite numerous open tickets with mailchimp, my customers are not at all receiving their order confirmation emails or shipping confirmation emails that are "automated" via mailchimp. it just doesnt work.

mailchimp fopr bigcommerce integration - really bad app. does not import all subscribers properly, but imports all who buy does not matter if they subscribe or not, so your audience in mailchimp is growing like crazy. useless. we switch to manual imports

Mail Chimp Integration - Very simple to install - once I disabled my third-party tracker. I have used MailChimp in the past and find it quite simple to use.

High Recommended - Simple to set up and works a treat. Very impressive and I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to consider Mail Chimp as an integration with there website.
