Easy to Work With and Automated! - We have been working with Targetbay for several years now. At first we were doing our own emails and found it very hard to keep up with. As we grew, we opted to do more of a "full service" type agreement. This gave us access to Danielle, who is US based and does all of our email blasts each week. She has been great to work with and is always on top of the schedule. It's been a delight and seems to really generate sales that we would not normally have access to. Definitely highly recommend! We will look forward to the continued service!

Worth the money! - We have been working with this company for around 2 months and have not implemented everything we can yet with them but so far we are loving the experience. The set up was amazing and they did everything for us in a timely manner and explained everything so well in detail which I really appreciated. After set up we immediately received almost 100 brand new reviews which was so exciting. We are consistently receiving good reviews on a regular basis now. I also really appreciated a follow up call from I believe the owner asking us how everything is going. He also gave me new suggestions that we can implement to help us scale as well as suggest a marketing company to work with. We also really appreciate their costs as it is much more affordable then the last platform we used but also offers a lot more. They seem to genuinely care about the growth of your company, go above and beyond for the customer and we are grateful for their hair work and excited to continue our business relationship with them! Easy to Use - We have been with TargetBay for reviews and their email marketing is a seamless integration with helpful insights. TarbetBay is very responsive and helpful and we will continue to work with them.

Not worth the money and unethical business practices - I installed the app and had TargetBay setup the marketing on my store. I was expecting something more robust given the aggressive sales pitch I received. The monthly fee is almost $300 and way too expensive given the amount of weekly work required. Additionally, the owner of the company is in India and is very difficult to work with. I cancelled my account by email, which was acknowledged over 4 months ago, and they continue to charge my account. Beware of this company even though there are several positive reviews. Many of the features offered by targetbay are included with the Pro package in BigCommerce. I have reported the repeated charges as fraud to my credit card company and they continue to charge me the monthly fees. Do your homework before giving them your credit card number. Also, I noticed that the other reviews do not seen to be written by actual customers. I suspect these are fake reviews posted by TargetBay or someone directly affiliated with the company.

Great Service That is Making us Money - We have been working with TargetBay since May 2021 and within 2 weeks we saw our conversions up, abandoned carts going down and our email list growing as well as our site and product reviews. Its all in the analytics, you can track what they do for you. As long as I am making money with TargetBay we will continue to be happy customers.

Seamless Integration - We have used TargetBay for reviews for the past year. The integration was seamless and the product will work in the background once implemented without any issues or problems. I like the ability to not have to babysit an app and work on the things that I need to get done each day and TargetBay fits into that requirement. We are moving along with them into an email marketing campaign and hope to have the same success with that product as we have had with all of the other features that they have delivered so far.

Most things did not work and promised on things they could not deliver - Danielle was wonderful to work with. She was very nice and responsive. Unforutnatley most of the things I was told would be available to me were not. Good example was the customer photo gallery. I was told over and over that this would be available soon. Eventually was given a date of Thursday of the following week. That day came and went and not a single thing from Targetbay. No email or any type of communication. The sales person talks big but Targetbay could not back it up. I would suggest going with other places.

Target Bay - We signed up with Target Bay earlier this year and we are very impressed with their services and overall handling of our account, especially when it comes to Target Bay's customer support management (KJ and team) hand holding us until we are fully onboarded and identifying/recommending ways to improve our campaigns and conversion rates. Of course, we continue to improve our website offeringsas we work with TargetBay and learn from our customer feedback as it is collected and as we learn from executing on our planned campaigns. In addition, we very much look forward to a continued rewarding experience on both sides.
