Cool - Nice app integration, although it could be much better, and more intuitive if it had more and better option boxes such as a simple 'Auto-Generated Number' box script that starts with 2-5 numbers of your choice and goes synchronously after that like other free Apps have. It could have the ability to build agreements if certain other fields were added, or RMA forms as described above with synchronous numbers. Also the form email that goes to the customer always ends up in their JUNK email box, which creates support call trouble, which defeats the purpose of the needed App,..which is to cut down on calls by simple automation. In my opinion its ok for now, but could be easily made much better especially for the monthly price we pay for Business that other form builder app do free until going over a certain amount of uses. Basically it needs to be made better for the continued price, and could be a good App integration tool.

Review - The form works great. My only issue is that the Account information doesn't get updated (i.e. the name, etc) and so Powr keeps being displayed as the Sender.

Best App! - I've been using this app for about 1 year and have ahd no problems. I am with their free package as of right now but will be upgrading soon! You guys rock!

Great Free Form Builder - I've been using this Form builder for Estimate Request Forms since 2016 in our first store, now just opened up a new store and we integrated it with no hesitation. It has all we need and our customer use it a lot, very simple and user friendly. Highly recommended

Aggressively restricted - Aggressively paywalled features, over the top branding "free website tools." over all too much manipulation trying to push you to their over priced pay model ($15 a month?) to warrant spending any time testing it in free mode.

Great form builder - Easy to use, packed with features - I was able to create a nice form, send it to multiple emails on submission, and even put the entries into my Google Sheet... It could not have been any easier. Yes, I had to upgrade... But come on folks, it's $16 a month. To have any developer/freelancer do this for you would cost much more. The value provided by the app is great - I was even able to customize the way it looked so it 100% matched our BigCommerce store. POWr, keep it up. You provide a great service and you satisfied our need for much less than what we could have done it for ourselves. And at the end of the day, that's what most matters - Saving my time and my money providing a great service.

Terrible App, Worst Service - SCAM - I deeply regret using this app. POWr trick you into upgrading in order to have basic form functions. And then nothing works with the latest BigCommerce themes and scripts. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced with a software company. Only answer they have is that the forms are not compatible with some of my scripts. So I immediately ask for a refund and they claim it is against company policy to give any refunds. How are you suppose to know whether this will work for you or not. A big scam is all I can say.

Awesome product - THis is a great form builder. Combined with the many other apps they make, POWr has a great value and a ton of customization. I love how my forms look-- SO much better than the ones that come with BC. Thanks for a great app and even better support!

THis is not a free app. - I tried multiple times to make a simple form. I could not even make one with 4 lines. The program continually freezes. If you do not upgrade you can not even make one simple form to test it. I would be happy to have bought it after a simple4 line test. This App is horrible)))

This app is a must-have! - After trying to modify the standard BigCommerce contact form, I gave up and tried out this app. I was so frustrated, and this app solved all of my problems! Thank you for designing an awesome app, it fixes everything I didn't like about the standard contact forms!!!

Awesome functionality and support! - Having easily configurable and CSS modifiable forms has been a lifesaver. POWr went above and beyond in helping me configure the forms for my site. Highly recommended!
