Deceptive - This app is no longer free as listed, they only give you a very low number of form submissions per month and then they shut your form off and try to get you to pay for a subscription. It is pathetic that Big Commerce does not have an easier way to plug in a simple form for what I pay for an enterprise plan.

'Free' Trial is worthless & Issues w/ Payment - Not only could we not test out the app fully with the free trial.. but when we went to setup payment so we could test out the features we wanted the payment section kept declining. Their support sent over canned links telling amateurs how to disable blockers and security features just to get their payments to process. Shotty development and support at best. I would find a more reliable development group for your apps. This is a team that obviously throws together basic boot camp code and then throws as many apps out there to get money.

Couldn't find my saved form - Created a form and had started building an automated email reply. Saved during the process. When I signed on again the form I had put together was gone.

Aggressively restricted - Aggressively paywalled features, over the top branding "free website tools." over all too much manipulation trying to push you to their over priced pay model ($15 a month?) to warrant spending any time testing it in free mode.

Terrible App, Worst Service - SCAM - I deeply regret using this app. POWr trick you into upgrading in order to have basic form functions. And then nothing works with the latest BigCommerce themes and scripts. Customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced with a software company. Only answer they have is that the forms are not compatible with some of my scripts. So I immediately ask for a refund and they claim it is against company policy to give any refunds. How are you suppose to know whether this will work for you or not. A big scam is all I can say.

THis is not a free app. - I tried multiple times to make a simple form. I could not even make one with 4 lines. The program continually freezes. If you do not upgrade you can not even make one simple form to test it. I would be happy to have bought it after a simple4 line test. This App is horrible)))
