Tech Support - We're signed up for Pro subscription. When using the free version of Form Builder we chose the "Upgrade" option from the Form Builder menu. Instead of upgrading the free version we were using, it upgraded (by default) the template we were using.... "Contact Form." There's not a lot of clarification when signing up. None of the "Pro" options were available. I contacted customer service and they were able to switch things up and get it working right within about 15 minutes. - 4 stars for not being 100% clear, 5 stars for tech support.
