Our Make an offer app allows customers on your BigCommerce store to make an offer on products they wish to purchase. It also allows customers to submit a price match if they wish to purchase from you as opposed to somewhere else. They simply click the price match button and provide the URL of the store where they have seen the exact product cheaper. You can then access your FreshClick Dashboard to review and accept offers from customers. Once accepted the customer is contacted with the good news via email. This will include a 'Proceed to checkout' button allowing them to complete the purchase.
