Best Customer Service - Ilya has been the customer service rep that I have ever worked with. Always responsive, able to help out with anything that I need, and is incredibly patient with me.

Easy to Create Professional Responsive Pages - The app's tools make it much easier to build and modify fully responsive and great looking pages. Considering a permanent switch from Shogun as a result. Everything is very intuitive to use.

Zeno - Have been using Zeno for some time on our own site and have subsequently recommended and installed it on four other sites we have done. Now I won't do a site without it. For a non-technical fishing gear salesperson it is a godsend. When I do run into something I can't figure out, their customer service is beyond compare. Easy to get ahold of and very good at what they do! I can't recommend this highly enough!

Best I've Found - This is the best page builder I have found for BigCommerce, so far. While it lacks some features that would make it much easier to move more quickly through publishing new content, it does have significantly more feature and usability than the BC native page builder. And the way it delivers code to the blog page is much faster. No more refreshing 3 of 4 times to see the updates. So far I am happy with and if you are running a BC store and publishing a lot of content, I would highly recommend this app.

This App Hijacks Your Checkout and Your Trust - When I first installed this app at $29/month, it was fantastic. BigCommerce’s page-building tools are severely lacking, and this app filled that gap perfectly. It was an essential tool — I genuinely loved it.But that didn’t last.Without clear warning, we were forced into a so-called “free” version. Sounds generous, right? Wrong. Hidden in this update was a disgusting bait-and-switch: it injected a pop-up into our checkout process — our most critical customer-facing page — that pushes visitors to install a shady browser extension. This wasn’t some helpful widget. It was a sneaky monetization ploy that violated our trust and potentially damaged our customer relationships.They tried to say we were notified. We were not. The rollout was obscure and deceptive.Want to get rid of this checkout hijack? You now get the privilege of paying $600/year. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get that option made available.This is extortion-level upselling disguised as a helpful feature update. It’s manipulative. It’s underhanded. And it’s a massive red flag for any serious eCommerce business.BigCommerce — if you're listening — you should be deeply concerned about this developer and their tactics. No app on your platform should be allowed to profit by ambushing merchants and tampering with the checkout experience.Absolutely appalled. Do better.

excellent customer service - You really need a page builder with bigcommerce if you want anything above your generic templated site. The native bigcommerce builder is very limited. I tried both Shogun and Zeno. Both have pros and cons. Where one shines the other doesnt. What it comes down to is what you really need. I found the Zeno page builder much more user friendly, the ability to add sections and save sections was excellent (you dont get that with shogun), their product tools just look more professional and the tech help was really excellent. I had an issue with a widget giving me blurry images. Daniel helped me work through it and then fixed the issue within a couple of hours. You cant even get an email reply from most companies within 24 hours let alone a live chat helping this much. Give it a try. you wont be disappointed.

Thanks so much! - This Zeno app and features are what we've been looking for! The different options are so valuable - you can actually design with so many ways to drag and drop and stylize your content. Better than Shogun - This is easier to use, and overall, I think it works better than the expensive alternative everyone is always talking about- Shogun. We've tried both. Unfortunately, like many other apps, it does have more functionalities for Shopify stores than BigCommerce.

Makes my site look professional - Absolutely fantastic app. Again, as other have mentioned we used Shogun because it was the "popular" choice and it was ok but Zeno really blows Shogun out of the water! The options available to build pages are great and plentiful, the drag and drop editor works every time and support is amazing... response is usually within minutes and they will go out of their way to help you... even with any slight design issues... you get an answer rather than "we do not offer design support". Thank you for such a wonderful app, highly recommended!!
