Easy to Create Professional Responsive Pages - The app's tools make it much easier to build and modify fully responsive and great looking pages. Considering a permanent switch from Shogun as a result. Everything is very intuitive to use.

Zeno - Have been using Zeno for some time on our own site and have subsequently recommended and installed it on four other sites we have done. Now I won't do a site without it. For a non-technical fishing gear salesperson it is a godsend. When I do run into something I can't figure out, their customer service is beyond compare. Easy to get ahold of and very good at what they do! I can't recommend this highly enough!

Best I've Found - This is the best page builder I have found for BigCommerce, so far. While it lacks some features that would make it much easier to move more quickly through publishing new content, it does have significantly more feature and usability than the BC native page builder. And the way it delivers code to the blog page is much faster. No more refreshing 3 of 4 times to see the updates. So far I am happy with and if you are running a BC store and publishing a lot of content, I would highly recommend this app.

excellent customer service - You really need a page builder with bigcommerce if you want anything above your generic templated site. The native bigcommerce builder is very limited. I tried both Shogun and Zeno. Both have pros and cons. Where one shines the other doesnt. What it comes down to is what you really need. I found the Zeno page builder much more user friendly, the ability to add sections and save sections was excellent (you dont get that with shogun), their product tools just look more professional and the tech help was really excellent. I had an issue with a widget giving me blurry images. Daniel helped me work through it and then fixed the issue within a couple of hours. You cant even get an email reply from most companies within 24 hours let alone a live chat helping this much. Give it a try. you wont be disappointed.

Thanks so much! - This Zeno app and features are what we've been looking for! The different options are so valuable - you can actually design with so many ways to drag and drop and stylize your content. Better than Shogun - This is easier to use, and overall, I think it works better than the expensive alternative everyone is always talking about- Shogun. We've tried both. Unfortunately, like many other apps, it does have more functionalities for Shopify stores than BigCommerce.

Makes my site look professional - Absolutely fantastic app. Again, as other have mentioned we used Shogun because it was the "popular" choice and it was ok but Zeno really blows Shogun out of the water! The options available to build pages are great and plentiful, the drag and drop editor works every time and support is amazing... response is usually within minutes and they will go out of their way to help you... even with any slight design issues... you get an answer rather than "we do not offer design support". Thank you for such a wonderful app, highly recommended!!

Amazing - We switched to this App after Shogun wanted to up our monthly fee from $29.99 to $99.99. We are VERY pleased with Zeno and all the features. I needed help with customizing our slider and chatted with Daniel who went above and beyond to accomplish exactly what we were looking for! We are excited to explore Zeno more and make our pages even better thanks to their capabilities. Thank you, Zeno, for offering not only an alternative to our former page builder but an UPGRADE.

The BEST page builder on BigCommerce - We were using Shogun - the popular page builder and whilst it is good it has nothing on Zeno page builder. Zeno has a better interface, has more options for your site, and is easy to use. After years of using Shogun, we are glad we made the switch... our site is looking much better now and Zeno is superior in every way, I would highly recommend. Support is also quick and helpful!

Makes a great website! - We have been using Zeno for about 8 months. So far I love it. I am not a web designer, so having an easily understandable web page builder is very important. Zeno makes it easy. And the customer service is on point. I highly recommend to anybody using Big Commerce and in need of a website builder.

Great page builder for BigCommerce - We have been using the Zeno Page Builder for close to a year now. It has been able to handle everything that we have needed to build out our home page, category pages, landing pages, and product page content. We have needed to reach out to support a few times and Daniel has always been quick to respond and resolve any issues. The ability to save sections for later use is very nice. I would certainly recommend trying this page builder.

Great App! - Zeno is awesome and much more affordable than Shogun. Support was super quick to answer my question. Unfortunately there are limitations due to bigcommerce. Not their fault at all, BigC needs to step it up a little in order to compete with the flexibility offered by Shopify

easy to use pagebuilder and excellent support - Just want to give a shout and thank you to Daniel from Zeno Page Builder. This is a new app available for bigcommerce, like shogun - but I think better... So far I like it very much. Intuitive to use. Flexible, and allows for different images and content/layout for mobile, desktop and tablet. Which I love.Also... Daniel from Zeno has been amazing helping me to sort out any issues. Very responsive support.Overall, if you're looking for a page builder similar to shogun and about half the cost, then you should give Zeno a go.
