Great Suite of Tools - Love this these guys obv know how to integrate nicely into big commerce stencil stores. Was a bit sceptical at first but find myself adding more and more of the functionality they’re offering. Definitely worth it the product page trust badges alone are worth it - great stuff

Excellent Add-On - Was hesitant to try/trust an app to have as much access to our store as this one requires, but DEFINITELY glad we took the chance. Lots of very useful bolt-on features for our store that when priced out separately from other sources would have made it impossible to get them all and still pay (most of) our bills. Customer support so far top-notch with actual REAL people getting back to us on the minor questions we had about some of the features in Crucials, with responses coming in hours rather than days. :) Looking forward to future developments of the add-on! Love this app - Great app - so many useful features and best of all it's easy to install and actually works!

AMAZING - this is hands down, an absolute must install app. i do wish there was a bit more customization when it comes to widget placement, text options such as font and color, and sizing widgets. For example, on mobile I feel like the customer purchase notifications are too big on mobile and I would like to make them a bit smaller. For the widget placement, the product page begins to look crowded on my page and one of my widgets looks out of place on desktop.There is room to grow, but even as it is, I highly recommend this app.

Great Experience with Crucials - Highly Recommend! - Been using Crucials for a few months now and it's a lifesaver! All the features I need are in one place, making management so much easier. Plus, their customer service is top-notch. Daniel was incredibly helpful, listened carefully to my issue, and got it sorted ASAP.

So many great tools! - We've been looking for a cross-sell app after the one we were previously using was discontinued (stollen by Shopify). This app offers so many useful tools. The dashboards are clean and easy to use. There are more tools than we were planning on using but will likely reach in to more and more as we go. The support team is fast and easy to connect with. We are so happy we found Crucials and are looking forward to using more of their features going forward. The biggest suggestion for improvement to this app would be better analytics and reporting options to easily evaluate ROI and effectiveness of particular features and campaigns.

Flexible and Effective! - The app has a multitude of features and if you can't find a way to have it increase yours sales and the amount of your total sale, you just aren't trying ! The support is terrific and will work with you to involve ideas you may have for app improvement. A definite must for store owners.
