Tripled Monthly Fee - Worthwhile app for $9/month. When they increased 66% to $14.95, I didn't complain, but then they jumped 300% to $45/month. I'll be looking for an alternative or simply rely on Big Commerce's built in site back up. Order, product, and customer data is already kept in my Webgility App. This was just a safety net and not worth $540/year.

Price increase issue promptly addressed - I saw a sudden price increase on the most recent invoice which took me by surprise as I never saw any comms or notification about it. I got in touch with the customer support team to enquire, thinking that it might be some sort of error. I got the response within 24 hours and the "Brittney Durston" did a fantastic job of providing the clarification on it. She clearly explained the reasons for price increase and provided details about the new features that would justify the new price. I was offered discount on my next bill to make up for the missed communication and for us to experience the new features of the product which I think is fair. I still think that the price increase is pretty steep and could have been done more strategically as it is going to upset a lot of consumers and force them to deactivate this app merely because of its cost. Having said that, I am very satisfied with the support and we believe that good customer support helps with the confidence in the product. Hence, the 5 star rating.

Ridiculous Price Increase - Price went from $5 a month to $150 a month which absolutely ridiculous for what it does.Pricing is based on order count, but we only use this app as a fail safe to save our product data, order count is not relevant.

Helpful & Easy to Use - We use this service as a contingency plan. Setup was not quite as straight forward as it should have been, as it was setup under our developer's name. There were data privacy concerns with this, and the Rewind staff helped swiftly resolve the issue with minimal fuss. Good support when required.

Helpful staff, reliable backups - We have only had to use the actual backup function one time several years ago for a bit of product data that was lost, but it was very simple to retrieve the data from Rewind. Since then, I have just been happy to have the backup available just in case. For the peace of mind, it is absolutely worth the money. The staff is also very helpful and fast to respond to issues and questions.
