Sync issue between Big Commerce and Quick Books - This was my last-ditch effort to resolve a sync issue between Big Commerce and Quick Books. I opened a chat with Lori, who exceeded my expectations. She reviewed my long-winded issue/concerns and immediately jumped into action with an explanation, then execution. Great support - First of all, Support is great, but you need to email [email protected], Don't use the support link, it does not work for some reason. The last sync issue we had was resolved by Lori the same day I contacted them about it (Thanks Lori). We have been using this to sync from BigCommerce to QBO for a few years now and it is the best solution we have found.It does not allow for a whole lot of flexibility. You choose whether items are imported as Invoices or sales receipts, but you cannot have some orders import as sales receipts and some as invoices. This causes a little extra work if most of your orders are sales receipts but some are POs that get invoiced (or vice versa). In our case, we have to manually create the invoices for POs in QBO and then void the sales receipt. But otherwise it is a good reliable solution to sync BC orders to QBO.

Broken with latest update 09-30-2025 - 09-30-2025 update destroyed the app. Nothing works. Ok developers, you effed up! Now put the old app back in place so we can get back to running our business. In the future, before you release a completely new version of an app, BETA TEST IT! And give users the option to switch to the new app. This is the most amateur blunder I have seen in a long time.

Promising but lacking support - Seems like a TON of obviously FAKE reviews here about "so and so gave great support" because as most of us have found out, THERE IS NO SUPPORT for this product. The "HELP" link in the app screen takes you to some zendesk login page that won't accept ANY credentials we've tried for our sites or intuit, so its useless.

Paul is the God of Support - Paul not only answered every single granule data question I asked him, but he also helped setup my account, processed, SKU classes, and so much more.I would not have been as happy using this app and would've have definitely bashed my head if it wasn't for his help. Helpful and responsive support - The QBO chat support is really good. I have used the support a few times. They are really responsive and very little wait, if at all. Today, Rom helped me figure out the mapping issue and was able to re-sync the impacted payments to show up correctly. Thanks.
