Xero to QB conversions - I had been pulling my hair out trying to figure out Quickbooks after being with Xero for years. I had been using Onesaas for 5 years but now that it only works with Quickbooks for invetory tracking I made the switch. Thanks to Troy at onesaas for his awesome help.

Amazing Customer Service - I've used OneSaas for a while syncing to Xero but recently moved to Quickbooks. This was partially due to the OneSaas acquisition but due to issues with inventory in Xero. Clarisse was amazing and helped me switch things over to quickbooks and sync the historical data needed to make our migration smooth.Update January 2022 - still amazing customer service, this time from Sherwin. Helped debug an issue why orders were syncing when I didn't expect them and was able to provide debug info to help me trace no my side.

Integration - Karol has been so helpful with all the questions and concerns we had regarding our integrations with Bigcommerce and QBO. She has had quick answers to every question and her kindness does not go unnoticed. Thanks for all your help Karol!

Excellent Customer Support - We ran into an issue while using the application and was able to get it resolved quickly with the OneSaas support line. So far so good. Integration is about as difficult as you would expect for bookeeping. Making sure that your Sku's line up.

Great Service - Sherwin provided fantastic and quick service. He was on the chat faster than a cheetah. He helped me to back date my QBO imports from Big Commerce to the first of the year. Saved me a ton of time. Bonus!! He did it for both of my big commerce stores. Hard to find good service like that now a days.

Waste of time - Horrible integration. Totally confusing to setup with lingo nobody has ever heard off. Poor instructions and setup and the results fail anyway. Completely useless and not fit for purpose!

Great Customer Service - Working on setting up our online store, and I was struggling to get inventory going between QBO and Bigcommerce. I got on the help chat with Karol and she started helping me right away and was great. I will give an updated review after i have it all set up. But so far so good!
