This APP is Great! BUT the support ....not sure - The set up is a little hard to follow, but I admit I'm also no expert in QB or accounting so there's that. I think Its all configured correctly right now BUT Im hesitant to allow them to sync before I'm 100% positive its set up correctly. We have a years worth of sales to import and It would be a nightmare if anything already in QB gets overwritten or placed in the wrong chart of accounts. The actual set up / configuration took me less than 10min, whats frustrating Is just cant seem to get in contact with a qualified QB support agent willing to check my work before I hit sync.

Clunky initial install, but it does the job - After a couple issue with integration, we were finally able to get this up and running. Syncs up and does what it says. I wish it were possible to have my accountant rather than the "store owner" have limited permissions to maintain this app. Overall, I'm very satisfied, but it was a bumpy road to get here.

Finally! Full integration - I was initially disappointed when I signed up for BigCommerce, there was no integration with my new Quickbooks Online account. I was forced to find a paid third-party integration tool to sync the two systems. While it *worked*, it wasn't perfect.I'm much happier with the new OneSAAS integration tool. My only issue is that synchronization has failed several times since I've installed it. (Pro-Tip, if you're experiencing issues with this app, try uninstalling it from both Quickbooks and BC and then reinstalling the app - worked for me!)
