CALL ME Sync - DUPLICATE ORDER #'s and MISAPPLIED PAYMENTS - Having multiple error issues, cannot get help from Intuit or Big Commerce - Regarding DUPLICATE INVOICE / ORDER NUMBERS, MISAAPPLIED PAYMENTS, And the lastest is an order which showed it had an error, I told it to ignore the error (figuring it would then sync) and the order then disappeared !THere appears to be no communication with regards to preventing duplicate order numbers. This app "Should" query Quickbooks to see what order number was posted last (because if you manually enter any invoices, Big Commerce will refuse to sync or will misapply a payment, but not sync the actual order number. VERY FRUSTRATING and I am certain I am not the only site owner to encounter this issue! We have 4 website with Big Commerce and 4 separate Quickbooks accounts, so we get 4 times the headache!! Also I cannot log into support, it says I'm not Authorized!! Dave Schenk 727.938.2100 ext 2

New Quickbooks App - Hopefully this will help people. DON'T USE THIS VERSION OF THE APP. THERE IS A BETTER VERSION AVAILABLE. The company who developed this app is OneSaas. They were purchased by Intuit a few years back. OneSaas created a version of this app available for download from Quickbooks Online. It's free for anyone with an active QBO subscription. It has all the features which this app lacks, except the ability to sync updated pricing. That still has to be done manually. Again, stay away from this version of the app. It should be removed from the app store.

Can't sync to Quickbook online 2 weeks - I report to QuickBooks online that my order on Bigcommerce can't send sale receipt to QBO.They found a problem but can't estimate time for fixing it.Now, it pass 2 weeks and still working fix it.The inventory on Quickbook online is so terrible. I can't track inventory.

Waste of time - Horrible integration. Totally confusing to setup with lingo nobody has ever heard off. Poor instructions and setup and the results fail anyway. Completely useless and not fit for purpose!

always an issue-no support - App worked OK for a short period of time. Then only a little over half of the invoices would sync. Finally the invoices that did sync would have a different amount owed, paid and taxed. The biggest problem is no one at Bigcommerce can fix the issue. You call tech support and they say someone will follow up and they follow up with a generic response. No real support for this app that I can find. Such a let down

Frustrating! - I've tried giving this program the benefit of the doubt. I've tried to do my research and use the help pages. I can get things working for a short amount of time - I did have a good stretch of 3 or 4 months there where I didn't have to do any fiddling with it. And then it seems like BC or QBO does some sort of update, and everything breaks. Can't seem to get the products to line up properly, invoices won't flow in, super slow to sync. Even though I have the items/sku in QBO and BC, it's determined to make it's own. Do NOT recommend. You get what you pay for.

Inventory does Sync - I've been working on this for the past 2 days straight. Been on the phone with both BC and QBO . And still non of my inventory will sync to QBO. Very dissapointing since I spent all this time trying to input all our info.

BEWARE DOES NOT WORK - Don't waste your time, go ahead and look for something else. This app is easy to install and easy to configure, however it does not work. It does not sync the inventory for multiple items and does not import orders to QB. Look for something else.

Same as the most recent reviews, not possitive - We have been using Xero for over a year now, wanted to have a simple easy (no needing to reconcile) every transaction so we attempted to purchase and install Quickbook online with bicommerce. After 2 days of 2 people that know the in's and outs of what can be done and what can't now we are extremely upset with it so offerings. Taxes are said to have be automatic which is fine if you manual imput invoices which we do not do. So no tax reports or any data for taxes can be generated. Regarding support, sure they are there to answer the phone but honestly after speaking with multiple people they don't know much at all about the system and the system is actually so simple and basic which is even worse. IMO the QuickBooks Online is not meant for an ecommerce company taking orders online since it doesn't grab feeds /data that way it should

Not working - We are trying to set this up using a clean BC and a clean Quickbook installation. The app is not working the the data is not synced. Spending more than two weeks now between BC, Quickbooks and OneSas support. Seems to be waste of time. Disappointed customer.

Doesn't work - App installed and setup but nothing is being sent to Quickbooks Online, been waiting over a week with no word from support. Just switched from Shopify to BigCommerce and already behind on my accounting, not a good start.

No longer launches - I used QuickBooks Online before, and see now that it no longer works. I even tried uninstalling and installing it. After installing all I see is Preparing Integration in large letters, but nothing ever happens...does not launch.

As of July 30, 2016 this app will not sync - As of July 2016, this app is no longer syncing with Quickbooks. It is simply not functioning. Bigcommerce support is not helpful and OneSASS support is non existent. I get an email every morning saying that things are sync'd up but they do not show in Quickbooks. I called Quickbooks support and they told me they were getting calls from other bigcommerce stores with the same issue, that they contacted bigcommerce support but have had no response.This is a deal breaker because, as business owners we need to keep our books, right?So, I am looking at migrating to Shopify where the Quickbooks integration is not only easier but in good working order as verified with Quickbooks support.

App does not launch and it throws a DNS error - This app does not launch and it throws a DNS error. Now I am having troubles to get a solution from Bigcommerce. They blame my ISP while ignoring the fact that this app is trying to go to onesaas domain with a very weird URL while it says that it is for Intuit Quickbooks online account and it actually shows their control panel on screenshots. If it has nothing to do with Intuit account I would prefer to be told about it at least while I am trying to get a support from Bigcommerce for it. I do not want to pay two times more to Says everyday while I can do it two times cheaper with Intuit.

Waist of time--Problems with discount codes and tax - Waste of time! I have spend over 4 hours with QBO tec support trying to figure out some very basic stuff. I can't be the only person having problems with this app. Its fine as long as you don't use any discount codes. The discount codes come thru in QB as a percentage rather than a set value. In BC discounts are non taxable, but QBO wants to charge tax on the discount code. I have tried to change settings in QBO to solve this problem but have had no luck. The invoice totals match but the shipping, discounts and sales tax amounts don't match. This seems like a very basic issue that should have been fixed months ago. I have spent hours changing settings and explaining the problem to QB tec support, and have gotten no resolution. I have not contacted Onesaas about this as they only offer email support. If you use discount codes, don't bother with this app.Also--its does not address refunds or canceled orders even though there is a mapping function for this during set up.

Wish they would sync 3 months - It is not noted but you can only sync one month of invoices. So get ready to enter manually or paid for a service.
