EXCELLENT COMPANY FOR YOUR SHIPPING APPS - I finally found a company that knows what they are doing when it comes to shipping. CHEAPER AND BETTER I had 2 others before that were terrible. One never got back to me Ship Station and the other Shipper HQ i oost over $700 in lost shipping fees because of them and pulled them off my site. Great Support and Very Customizable - We have had great support from these guys, and the product is very customizable for our fairly niche shipping needs. We ship nationwide via LTL and have quite a few custom shipping rules that they helped us create to completely satisfy our needs.

Stable and Reliable - So far working great, pulls rates for FedEx just fine, combines extra fees if needed and much more! Great support, they got me set up right away and are fast to answer questions, and they'll always schedule a support call with you if you hit a wall on something. Good work guys!

Advanced Shipping Manager - I have been using this App for over 20, years does everything we want. They are very responsive to our needs. We have ASM integrated with our Avatax, very happy with KingWebmaster, they get the job done!

Advanced Shipping Manager - We have been using ASM since 2010. In those 11 plus years the system has never left us down. Many times we reached out to them for help with our own issues and they revamped their system to help ours. Dan and his team are quick to respond to technical issues and suggestions. Ultra flexible platform with excellent support - ASM built an awesome rule-based matrix that makes the platform ultra flexible. If there's an unusual use case you have in mind, ASM can likely accommodate it, often right out of the box before add-ons. Then there's the support. It's been hands down the best support I've received across multiple vendors while building our new eCommerce site. They begin by taking care of the initial set up for you based on your business needs; this includes connecting to shipping services and setting up rules for each one. Then they'll help you tweak it from there into exactly what you need. They respond quickly to your questions and follow through until an issue is handled to your satisfaction. We had a lot of shipping challenges in implementing eCommerce into our business and the ASM team was with us every step of the way. Thanks!

Excellent product- Highly Recommended - We have been using ASM for a while now. We evaluated and tested other providers initially and finally switched to ASM. I must say - Hands down ! the guys at ASM are some of the most responsible, responsive people i have worked with. if you are looking for effortless setup, responsive support, help with workarounds to do what you need to get achieved .. this is the right app for you. Excellent Shipping Estimator - Great shipping manager, we switched from ShipperHQ earlier this year as it did not include necessary features we require. Advanced Shipping Manager was incredibly easy to setup, although there were some bugs in their app, once contacting support they were able to be fixed in a few hours which was amazing. We've been running the app for approximately 3 months now and it's been great, not a single issue has been found. We are now using ASM on another store which has also replaced ShipperHQ. Thank you Dan and your team for helping us switch over!

Affordable Option That Works Very Well - We highly recommend Advanced Shipping Manager. They are affordable and offer many features that the native BigCommerce platform does not. Support is consistently available and has never failed to help us achieve our goals.I left a four star review because workarounds have been required but that's mostly due to BigCommerce, not ASM. For example, you cannot check the free shipping checkbox within a product page or whatever you have set up for that product in ASM will be overridden by BigCommerce. Therefore, we've had to implement additional third party apps just for customers to see that products ship for free.
