Excellent Shipping Estimator - Great shipping manager, we switched from ShipperHQ earlier this year as it did not include necessary features we require. Advanced Shipping Manager was incredibly easy to setup, although there were some bugs in their app, once contacting support they were able to be fixed in a few hours which was amazing. We've been running the app for approximately 3 months now and it's been great, not a single issue has been found. We are now using ASM on another store which has also replaced ShipperHQ. Thank you Dan and your team for helping us switch over!

Great Customer Service A+++ - ASM was highly recommended to me by a business member after I mentioned the issue I'd with ShipperHQ since I signed up over a year ago. As I am located in Australia, the only suitable time to chat is around midnight. Dan was not only quick to reply to my emails, he was on the job straight away and spent the time to explain every step to me over the call. The issue that I had was finally resolved within 2 hours. I couldn't be happier and switched over to ASM straight away. A week ago, I encountered another issue and Dan got it fixed within 24 hours (could have been quicker if not because of the time difference, no fault of him though). Not to mention there is no charge for the continuous assistance. I had to pay over US$200 to ShipperHQ when I had an issue. I can't thank Dan and his team enough, so my website can run smoothly. I wish I found ASM sooner. Very happy with their service and app. Keep up the good work guys.

Great Customer Service!!!! - We recently launched Natura as a total rebrand and replatform from Magento to BigCommerce and used ASM for the shipping integration due to the complexity of shipping rules and customer groups. I have to say the app works great and the customer service was even better. Long story short the ASM team essentially white gloved the entire set up for us - huge thanks!

Overall Good Experience - We've had ASM running on our site for just a couple of weeks. So far it's doing what it is designed to. Overall we're happy with it. It took us a while to implement the system and ASM's service team was helpful in doing so. The only criticism I have is that response times to get things resolved have been longer that we would have preferred. I'd recommend them to another company searching to give customers real time shipping options.

Best support out there - We have used several of the BigCommerce Apps and ASM is amount the top for both Quality of product and Service. Would recommend this product to all sellers needing advanced shipping options.

10 Star on a scale of 1 to 5 ! - Started our 3rd website on Big Commerce due to lack of support and shipping calculator issues on our previous platform. We did our research and went with Advanced Shipping Manager to support the large number of catalog items and diversity of our product range. Going with Advanced Shipping Manager is absolutely the best choice we could have made. The tech support is TOP NOTCH and software does everything we need it to do. We have everything from small First Class mail items to UPS ground only item for chemicals, liquids., and heavy items. This software gives the proper shipping options at checkout based on which items are in the cart. If you have issues you can count on FAST and EXCELLENT tech support. This company is one of the very few that lives up to everything it claims. We have seen higher average order totals over our previous system and believe that’s in large part due to the accurate shipping calculations. THANK YOU Advanced Shipping Manager! Great Product and Customer Service - In this online world, one theme that seems to continually come up is companies lacking in customer service. Not ASM though. Honestly of all of the apps and programs we run in and around our site, ASM has provided the best customer service by far. Upon initially setting up the app, we spoke over chat, email, and phone with Burt. He stuck with us every step of the way and had a solution for every shipping issue we had. I would definitely recommend this app to others.

Ala Carte & Great Service - Moved over from ShipperHQ because we could get what we needed and wanted from ASM vs. having to move up to a higher playing plan with SHQ that we really didn't need all of. More features with ASM and less cost. Great service. Really like their Product Page Shipping calculator.

Excellent Service and APP - The customer service at ASM is by far the best we have ever experienced. A lot of internet companies make a lot of claims and promises but ASM actually did what they said they would do.
