Only app that worked for our complex shipping rules - Very user-friendly, and simple to install and setup. Support is fantastic with quick responses as well as quick fixes! We tried other apps but none worked, ASM was able to get us setup in 10 minutes!

Advanced Shipping Manager - I cannot say enough about Advanced Shipping Manager (ASM). First I was able to set ASM up in 25 minutes with very little assistance from the company and when I did need help they were there for me. I had a couple of very minor issues setting up shipping options. I sent a text to customer service and they called me back within seconds of me sending the request for help. Shipping quotes from all the carriers I use, and all the option I needed to get the custom features I need on my webstore. In summing it up, ASM is Easy to set up, They provide Great customers service, the app has all the services I need and want. If you want to get it done and done right with little time and effort, try Advanced Shipping Manager. I almost forgot, The app is at the Right Price!

Most importantly, KWM provides their customers with top quality support to ensure that their app runs smoothly for each and every customer.

Must have app - I converted to ASM from ShipperHQ due to the price increase of ShipperHQ. We've got thousands of products and do international shipping and ASM easily offers the best value. ASM offers all the options we need to setup rules for free shipping depending on what's int he cart, dimensional packing, blocking certain products to ship to certain countries. In short, the app does exactly what we need, and it does it well. Setup is easy and every time I had a question, I had an answer extremely quickly. Easy 5 stars!

Amazing Features - Amazing Support - I recently converted to ASM after using another provider for many, many years. The features and flexibility are just the beginning. Our rules are pretty complicated, and to implement them took some coordination with ASM. Not only were they incredibly flexible, but they added a ton of value in terms of ideas, simpler solutions, etc. As we ran into some outliers in testing, they were always very fast to fix and adjust, and to allow us to re-test very quickly. We have not only replicated all of our previous features, but we've added some new ones and plan to add more soon. The custom integrations are innovative and were developed very quickly. I was in software development for years. This site is not only very well architected, but the flexibility and future-proof nature of it is very impressive. Easily 5 stars.

Ease of Use A++ - I have been very pleased with Advanced Shipping Manager. We have some products that need rules added and had them hardcoded into our website. Getting going with ASM was supper easy, support was spot on and this software can do a ton of easy to apply specializations. The price was the cherry on top. Thanks ASM for bringing this to BC!

Fantastic Support! - We use Advanced shipping manager across multiple lines of business, and are absolutely blown away by how responsive and helpful their support team are. After over a decade in eCommerce across multiple platforms and store, I haven't found any other shipping management app as cohesive and flexible as ASM. .. and I have used all of the "big name" shipping apps that are out there, and prove be a disappointing pain in the neck. Excellent Support and App - We have been using Advanced Shipping Manager in our E-Commerce store for a little under a year now and have worked extensively with their support team to build out an extensive system of both shipping methods, and markups. The support team has always been very quick to respond and has always been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in all of our interactions. We have had some add-on requests that were quoted quickly, and completed quickly as well, with no need for revisions or corrections once completed. The features and functionality of this app tower over the native shipping functions of BigCommerce, as well as other shipping apps on the marketplace.

Simple to install, simple to use yet not a simple app. ASM is extremely capable of handling all sorts of quirky rules you may need to handle shipping rates. Got a question? Expect timely clear answers. We are a large inventory farm that ships nationally in the US, with a wide range of shipping methods, ASM handled them all without an issue. We highly recommend ASM.

5-Star Service & 5-Star People - I cannot say enough about Burt at Advanced Shipping Manager. As other users pointed out, setting up time to learn about the ASM system was extremely easy and setup took almost no time at all. At one point, I migrated from BigCommerce to Shopify, then back to BigCommerce (Deep down I always knew BigCommerce was the platform for me but I thought I'd try Shopify for a few months to see what the hype was about ;) That is important to note because Burt was instrumental in migrating my service from BigCommerce to Shopify, then Back to BigCommerce where I am here to stay! The process was super easy and I wasn't made to feel bad for moving back and forth. I too have tried Shipper HQ and I pay half for MORE features that I need and I don't have to worry about API limitations. I will definitely enlist Burt when I need other customizations/features added.

Easy Set Up Great Support - I got fed up with Shipper HQ and there heavy fees for basic use of software. I found the Advanced Shipping Manager and made contact to support and in no time at all was on the phone with someone who showed me around the system ( super simple and easy to use ) and was able to talk me through all of my questions and concerns. It didn't take long for me to realize that this was the way to go. Great service and software at a reasonable price. Shipper HQ has a lot of stuff built into it that for most small businesss would not need or use, yet they charge you for it anyway. Not taking anything away from Advanced Shipping Manager, the software is great, just highlighting the fact that ASM is better suited for smaller business and by the price structure it shows. Great Software.

Great Company & Support Over Many Years - Dan and the rest of the team at King Webmaster have been great to work with over the years, and were a great help in our migration to BigCommerce for our store. We were easily able to utilize all of the customizations we had built out on our old store over many years, where we were also utilizing ASM for our shipping needs.
