They took away free features - This was a great app, until they took away some major features that were originally free with the basic plan. Now, we cannot see the visitors on our site, or chat them directly. Instead, we have to wait for customers to chat us, which makes communicating through chat much much more difficult and useless 90% of the time. Very surprised and disappointed that they would take away features that they previously offered for free. They should at least offer these features to the customers that used them in the past. Very disappointing.

Meh -

It's okay. It's very limited in the free version. Casengo and and Olark do much more for free.
