Essential! - I would say Shogun is one of the most essential apps to get if you have a Bigcommerce store. Compared to the out-of-the-box solution, Shogun allows greater flexibility in how things appear depending on device. The customer support team are great in handling any problems too!

Very helpful customer support - Shogun is intuitive and if I ever have any issues I know that their support team will handle things in a timely manner, they're fantastic. I highly recommend using this app.

Great Templates - We love using Shogun. It took a little bit of time to learn the templates and the basic building blocks, but it is much easier to use than the standard page builder. No issues with integration and we haven't seen any glitches.

Shogun Page Builder - I admit to having some reservations about installing this app because of the price, also was wondering "how much better could this really make my pages?". Well, after 2 months I can say that 1) it's worth every penny and 2) very much better! At this point, I feel it's pretty much indispensable. Great app, haven't had any issues with it at all and use it daily.

Great page builder with easy to use widgets - This application makes page customisation easy for anybody to use. The drag and drop widgets make it easy for people to learn how to create good looking pages. It allows you to make changes and adjust layout features that you can't do in the standard BigCommerce page builder!

You Really Need Shogun - What good is all that email marketing, PPC, content and SEO you are doing if you customers visit a poorly designed page. Make your marketing much more effective with Shogun. I used the BC page builder and it is a good start, but Shogun is a lot more powerful. Plus, it is simple to use. You may have to make some tweaks to the mobile version of your page, but their support is responsive and helpful. You really do need Shogun.

5 stars - We have been using Shogun for over a year. The page building is very user friendly and the support is helpful.

Working well for me so far - I've been using it for 2 months now. I'm not a designer or an HTML coder, so there was a bit of a learning curve, but I think i'm beginning to be able to build pages that I feel satisfied with how they look on both PC and Mobile devices. There are some problems, particularly when shogun imports the existing pages. Sometimes the import breaks or looses parts of the page. This is a bit tough but I've learned to work around this now. Other minor problems here and there. I wouldn't say it's perfect. But overall, with some effort and learning curve and work-arounds that are required, I'd say It's enhanced my website a lot.

Great Product - It really takes the complexity of hard coding a responsive page and makes it point and click. Unless you are a front end developer this will save you a lot of money in the long run.
