Excellent Page Builder - This page builder is CRUCIAL for building pages on BigCommerce! It is easy to use, very intuitive but also powerful with loads of features. Have not had any major issues thus far, been using for over 4 years.

Makes Building Pages and Scheduling publishes a breeze - Without this app, continuously updating pages using big commerce's built in page editor would be tedious. The main advantage we have with shogun is the ability to schedule publishing of pages. We have a lot of campaigns that have start/stop dates and this is very helpful.It would be a perfect product if we could name or delete old versions of the page, to make finding versions to revert to easy, but for what we need, it works pretty well.

Friendly Support - Shogun page builder has a bit of a learning curve, but the team was super helpful during onboarding and kept us in the loop the whole time. They're a friendly bunch and the tool itself is pretty powerful. Plus, the BigCommerce page builder does have some limitations.

Great Support - I had a small issue with a blog I posted not being formatted correctly on my website and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I put in help request and someone got back to me super quickly, gave me the solution and the problem was fixed in no time. Thanks for the speedy support!

Prompt and friendly despite my dumb questions usually riddled with user error.
