Good app for Bigcommerce - Seems like the only page builder to use with Bigcommerce, and much cheaper than getting a page built by someone, but it definitely adds up each month and isn't as user friendly as Shopify's built in page builder, but a good option and helps to build pages easily. Their customer service has been amazing, very quick and helpful (as per my intern!).

Extraordinarily Intuitive - The benchmark for a great is not having to read the manual to use it... Shogun Page Builder passes that test with flying colors. I'm not a coder. I got thrown into having to create a landing page with zero lead time and Shogun & I nailed it! Thanks guys!

Great app! - This is a really convenient theme builder for Bigcommerce. No need for coding. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE: UPDATED Daily - I cant stress this enough, if you have built pages and integrated other apps into your site, DO NOT USE SHOGUN. The app doesn't communicate with these, and if you import and try to edit, the content build in the Big Com environment is no longer editable and will not show up in Shogun. This app is nice, but doesn't play well with others. Please be careful when using this program. Also doesn't work with a major key app POWR, nor Above and Beyond Element theme. Seriously I came here because I thought the platform and app integration would be better.Above was my issue, although I think it still stands, they took the time to work with me and my site to fix many of the issue I had and explain the best tricks and tips to make a better site. A great customer service experience and wonderful help desk. You really need to sign up for the live 24hr chat as it has saved time and resources.ONE MONTH LATER: Do not buy this app at all. It is beyond buggy, its like they built an app that wanted to function like Emulator and got it so close, that when you think you made something great it kicks you to the ground. Then getting help is a series of blaming others till finally they say we have a team working on it. I talk to them on a daily basis, I just keep the chat window open. Seriously this is the biggest joke. If I wasn't so deep into a build I would go back..also once you buy this you CANNOT GO BACK TO THE BIGCOM EDITOR!!!! (unless you are a css expert).Weeks later this app is the worst! I havent been able to view my image library in weeks, video's don't load correctly, product images are not syncing correctly, I have to refresh my page every time I make a change cause the sections overlap in an error. OMG I could go on and on....seriously DO NOT USE THIS APP!!Do not use the chat too much: They think its harassing....

Great Product Easy to use - This is the best way to get exactly what you want without the hassle of learning to code.

Great Support and Easy to Use - I have been developing websites for about 15 years. I have worked with everything from HTML typed up manually in Notepad to some of the most advanced WYSIWYG editors on the market. Shogun rates up there with one of the easiest WYSIWYG editors I have ever used. It has the occasional hiccup or glitch, but they more than make up for that with quick and concise customer service. Thanks guys! You saved me from having a bland and cookie cutter eCommerce site!

Shogun page builder - Shogun makes it much easier and faster to layout my pages and add content. Easy to work with.

Good Builder , lacking options in BC - I was attracted to the capabilities of shogun but its unfortunate Shopify has features such as completely custom product pages. In BigCommerce, you can only build within the description section of your product page.

Excellent Builder - Our store launches on March 1st and Shōgun builder made it easy! It's fun when you can create your store without being a programmer or designer. Excited to build more sites in the future!

Very Useful - This app is the sole reason we are able to easily build all of our product and collection pages. Limited tools depending on the plan you choose but still more than any other app will offer you.

Excellent Page Builder App - We were using another app that is similar on one of our Shopify stores but we couldn't find that app here on Big Commerce so we tried several apps. Of them, Shogun worked best for us. It was easy to learn and use. We've been able to create any page we've needed and have had no problems so far. Highly recommended.

One of the Best Things of 2020! - Excellent Page Builder and Wonderful Customer Service! I was trying to find a way to take the navigation off a landing page. They didn't have a way to do that so they wrote a script for me and added it to my snippets that day. The tool is amazing for someone for those of use that don't write code. Its simple to use use but the best part is if you run into any issues they have great customer service with real people to talk to! Thank you so much for the support shogun! Kelly
