In BigCommerce: Great for Homepage, bad for Product Page and Blog - Shogun is easy to use and has all the tools needed to make a great looking page. Support is always helpful. It works great for designing a homepage and Web Pages however, it does not work on BigCommerce's blog or product pages. A blog post designed in Shogun has no tags and the author's email appears instead of the author's name. You can correct both within the blog but then your Shogun formatting goes away. Shogun also doesn't work for Product Pages in BigCommerce for similar reasons. Any edits to the normal product using BigCommerce (like adjusting inventory or price) will destroy the design you made in Shogun. Plus, we only have 2 accounts for Shogun while anyone in the company can make a change to the product pages thus breaking the design. Shogun is so close to being awesome but it clearly was designed to be used for Shopify and then rigged to work in BigCommerce as is the case with most apps. Giving it 3 stars because it works on half the pages I need it to work on.

Service - The App is pretty intuitive but the service is even better. We've run into a scenario where something wasn't working and the chat operators were quick to respond and fixed the problem.

Life Saver! - This app is a life saver! It's so easy to build and publish pages. I love being able to include product boxes that pull in the product information easily. It's also great that you can save element settings for use on new pages. I'm not a developer or even good at design, but this app makes it easy for me to create beautiful, high converting landing pages in very little time. There are some quirks, sometimes it looks different in Shogun than after published, but overall it's been wonderful to have. Support is absolutely fantastic!

Easy to use and great results - Shogun has been an effective tool to help build out custom pages on our site. If you have basic knowledge of CSS and have used other WYSIWYG editors you will be able to pick it up quickly.

There's a little learning curve involved with structuring things in the builder but it's really quick to learn. The support staff has been SUPER, replying faster than even the Bigcommerce support staff. Only issue I have is the lack of higher level tutorials. There's a lot of info on Youtube regarding Shogun but most of it is just the basics. Tutorials on more complicated structures would help out everyone that uses the application. Other than that, fantastic service. 5/5

Review Requests - Excellent tool for bigcommerce sites as the big commerce html is terrible. Easy to use, lots of facilities to do what you need to do. Does need more upgrading on certain aspects. Price is a little too much, expescially if you are using a bigcommerce platform. There should be some of discounting available if you are using platforms like bigcommerce.

Must Have App for BC - Brilliant and easy for creating great user friendly pages without knowing code. Easily deployed to our team for landing pages etc. Only need the ability to create Blog pages within the BC Blog
