Very glad we did, offers great functionality AND a focus on ADA compliance.Support has always been quick to respond and really haven't had too many issues. Great app, amazing support! - I moved from our other landing page builder to Shogun, so we could better convert visitors. I wanted to make some customizations to the landing pages and reached out to support. We're not a high tier at this time, but they still just took care of it, were super quick, and also extremely nice! Going to stick with the app if not purely for that experience and level of support.

Fantastic to customise - I don't know a thing about web development, but I'm so glad I use Shogun. It's easy to use, so even a newbie like me can work with it. I've spent hours customising individual product pages, in a way like one would play dress up. I've also gotten great feedback from our shoppers, who say ours is one of the most nicest and professional looking website they've seen among our local competitors.

Excellent Support - There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's pretty straightforward. And their support team is very responsive. Overall, much better than BigCommerce Page Builder for creating custom landing pages.

Very Quick Customer Service Response Time!!! - I was very happy with the Quick Response time of Customer Service. I needed help on a Sunday Morning and they helped me out within a couple of minutes. It was such a relief because I was under a deadline. Shogun has lots of greats features and is easy to use. It has transformed my website! I would highly recommend!

Shogun Support - The Shogun page builder has some great features that make it really shine in comparison to the stock BigCommerce page builder. Saved styles, templates, snippets, and ease of use. But the best part about Shogun is the support. If you have a problem they are on top of fixing it and will even check with you when they fix the problem to make sure it is working great.

Love it - I love being able to customise my pages more than my theme allows! It's great for mobile page building too

Shogun - I like Shogun Page Builder very much. It is extremely useful over the standard offering from Big Commerce. My only complaint real[ly is that its a big jump from $50 to $150 for the next when all I really want is access to the data colleciton. I feel data collection should be included in the £50 deal because i might go a month without even making a new webpage, but I am still paying Shogun.

Solved our biggest page layout issues - BigCommerce doesnt have clone page feature nor allows for saving page sections for re-use on other pages and Shogun helped us fix this! We love it!

In BigCommerce: Great for Homepage, bad for Product Page and Blog - Shogun is easy to use and has all the tools needed to make a great looking page. Support is always helpful. It works great for designing a homepage and Web Pages however, it does not work on BigCommerce's blog or product pages. A blog post designed in Shogun has no tags and the author's email appears instead of the author's name. You can correct both within the blog but then your Shogun formatting goes away. There is no workaround. See https://www.perfectsupplements.com/perfect-education/vitamin-c-and-collagen which is our only blog post using Shogun. Shogun also doesn't work for Product Pages in BigCommerce for similar reasons. Any edits to the normal product using BigCommerce (like adjusting inventory or price) will destroy the design you made in Shogun. The workaround is simple, just republish it in Shogun after any edits to the product but who wants a workaround? Plus, we only have 2 accounts for Shogun while anyone in the company can make a change to the product pages thus breaking the design. Shogun is so close to being awesome but it clearly was designed to be used for Shopify and then rigged to work in BigCommerce as is the case with most apps. Giving it 3 stars because it works on half the pages I need it to work on.

Service - The App is pretty intuitive but the service is even better. We've run into a scenario where something wasn't working and the chat operators were quick to respond and fixed the problem.

Life Saver! - This app is a life saver! It's so easy to build and publish pages. I love being able to include product boxes that pull in the product information easily. It's also great that you can save element settings for use on new pages. I'm not a developer or even good at design, but this app makes it easy for me to create beautiful, high converting landing pages in very little time. There are some quirks, sometimes it looks different in Shogun than after published, but overall it's been wonderful to have. Support is absolutely fantastic!

Lightning Fast Support - Shogun is a bit pricey but if you are looking for an easy way to create custom content pages or landing pages on BigCommerce that are beautiful without the need for a programmer, this is the solution for you.Their customer service is incredible! I typically receive a response in under an hour and they've even sent customized videos or support documents showing me exactly how to fix any issues I've come across. Highly recommended!
