Next Level App and Supprt! - This app is fantastic! Performance is great, the customisation and options are endless and it embeds into the store perfectly. Every support ticket I've logged has been actioned exactly as requested and all within a day. I honestly can't talk the app up enough. It's far cheaper and advanced than BigCommerce's own Filtering Tool and the customisation and configrations available are endless.

We had a few setup issues and they were sorted lightening fast (within about 30mins). probably one of the best tech support I've come across in many years in e-commerce.We had a filter that needed some graphics on to make it more user friendly and they came up with the goods.The filter mentioned is the door handle picker on the page listed below. Great App and Great Support - What a great app. First off it saves you a ton of money but not having to upgrade to one of BigCommerce's more expensive plans to be able to have product filtering. This app works great out of the box and if you run into any issues the support team will get back to you within a day typically with a resolution. I would highly recommend this app!

Good Product & Look - I downloaded both this app and the Make an Offer app and initially had issues. After submitting an trouble ticket my issues was finally fixed. I like the aesthetics and functionality of the app.

Best value & excellent product - We tested or reviewed most of the product filter apps available for bigcommerce. Many are quite good! But Freshclick's product filter app is by far the most comprehensive feature set for the cost. They offer tons of flexibility in terms of filter configuration, have CSS support for theme matching, and include regular scheduled indexing along side on demand reindexing when required. We've had no trouble implementing this app into our theme, which was not originally supported. Their support teams were quick to respond to any questions, concerns or implementation issues, and resolved each query in a timely manner. This app costs us less than ANY other filter app would have for the size of our catalog.

Easy Implementation & Effective Product Filters - My developer had no problem installing and now we have all the filtering we need so our customers can easily find what they are looking for. Support has also been good.

App looks fantastic! - The app looks fantastic just in the short time I've been using it. The only issue is the app is a tad pricey especially when your product catalogue is large like ours, but the filters and what you can do with them/configure them is a level above what Big Commerce provides on the base level with its limitations. Support is quick and great too!

Love this app! - Works well, easy to install, and great for all kinds of filters. What we especially like is that you can choose where you want the filters to appear. This is not a one size fits all solution - you can really customize it to fit your needs. Although I do find it a bit pricey, I highly recommend this app.

An essential app with amazing support - This app is a necessity and worth every penny. It's a good thing that the price is very reasonable. They are constantly improving and adding new features. Even if BigCommerce greatly improves their built-in filters (currently terrible), they will likely never get to the customizability and feature set of this add-on. Support is very responsive and listens to feedback. They even implemented my suggestion for a floating button filter on mobile!

Great app! Great support! - Took a little work to get it to work well, but after we sorted the simple issues everything works seemlessly. Some minor issues need some ironing, but the support team is quick to respond and quick to fix any issues that arise or explain why it isn't something that can be changed.Overall: do recommend!

It just works! - Very straightforward to setup, install and it just worked! Very impressive and responsive layout/UI, works really well. A little more documentation would be useful and configuration is a little overwhelming in areas, but with a little trial and error I managed to get a great outcome that blows BigCommerce features and usability out of the water (and to think I just about dropped BigCommerce for lack of this feature)

Solved my problem - We almost didn't go with BigCommerce because you can't get filtering OOB until you're an Enterprise account at $1,000+ per month, until one of their support staff recommended this app. Solved our use case requirement immediately for a fraction of the cost. Very easy to implement custom field filtering.

Very flexible and intuitive for custom filters - The built-in filters for BigCommerce were just too simple for our needs. We needed custom filters because we don't expose many attributes as options. I was able to get several custom filters up and running with our store within an hour. I'm impressed with how easy and powerful this is! We could eliminate a lot of sub-categories with custom filters. Really great app for any large eCommerce.
