Best paid app - edited, support response time is flawed - So many great things to say about this product. It's too bad that BC doesn't have this feature but luckily these guys nail it. Ability to edit custom fields en masse has saved a ton of time. Website looks better with the product filter and my customers can find products much faster. Support has been responsive when called upon and so far I haven't had an issue they couldn't fix.- edit -Once you utilize the full potential of this app and realize that your site cannot operate without this plugin it is detrimental when the app goes down. I've lost out on a day (and counting) of sales because my site is practically unusable without a filtering system. On 10/28/24 I was experiencing issues and decided to clear the cache, resync products and whilst doing so I enabled a recommended feature (search functions). Seemed harmless enough since I had to resync/clear cache anyway. Despite turning the recommended search features off, the filter is completely blanking out every category page or page in which the filter is enabled. No phone support, email support is generally 12-24 hours from responding due to my location. I pay nearly $100 a month for this service. Phone support would go a long ways, especially when your store is established and getting frequent orders. It would make more sense to pay for the upgraded bigcommerce plan that has this feature by default because at least I can get a hold of someone within 5 minutes due to bigcommerce being a large enough of an organization to feature live support.

GAME CHANGER!! - FreshClick is hands down the easiest app to install. The Customer Team was very helpful. Has made an impact on sales already, customers can now easily find the product they are searching for. The application install was seamless. These reviews are all accurate. Great app!!

The BEST filtering app on the marketplace. - FreshClick is the easiest to install, manage, and customize on the marketplace. There is no need to hardcode anything to use the filter. In addition, this filter is incredibly helpful for combining options with custom fields for filtering. In addition, the support team is very helpful to fix any issues.

Works great, excellent support - We use both the filter and search functions on ThermalRoll.com and have been pleased with both. The filter works great right out of the box, and the search is significantly more accurate than BigCommerce's default solution, at a fraction of the price of virtually any other 3rd party search app.If you need things adjusted on their end due to changes on your own store, Freshclick's service is excellent. Response time usually within less than an hour on pretty significant template changes. Additionally, they've gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions, helping to integrate some of our site's custom functionality into their filter. Overall—would highly recommend.

incredible app for bigcommerce - We added FreshClick because we knew we wanted a filter and search that was much more dynamic and customizable for our store of over 500 products. We were not disappointed and any time we have a question or request for something custom their support is so quick to help and nice to work with!

Great - Great app to incorporate on product pages so I can show items that are in stock and specific styles and sizes so customers do not have to manually click through everything.

Very good support - Support fulfilled all of my design whims, or explained clearly when/if something would not be achievable. Great product. Expensive, but cheaper than Bigcommerce Pro.

Great Filtering App - This product is great! I like the customization it allows compared to the native filtering options. Search functionality is great as well since it is more powerful than the native search function. I had a couple of issues come up and their support was fast to respond and helped me a solution quickly. If you have any filtering or search needs I highly recommend downloading this app and working with a great company.

Solved a product filter problem - Freshclick has enabled us to tidy up the product filters in our Gifts section. Turns out it is harder to come up with a product filter strategy than it is to implement one. Freshclick offers much more flexibility than the 'out of the box' option and doesn't result in Custom Field clutter on product pages.

Great Value and Customer Functionality - Great value tool, seems easy to use. Works well on the front end of the site, easy for the customer to find what they're looking for.
