Best paid app - edited, support response time is flawed - So many great things to say about this product. It's too bad that BC doesn't have this feature but luckily these guys nail it. Ability to edit custom fields en masse has saved a ton of time. Website looks better with the product filter and my customers can find products much faster. Support has been responsive when called upon and so far I haven't had an issue they couldn't fix.- edit -Once you utilize the full potential of this app and realize that your site cannot operate without this plugin it is detrimental when the app goes down. I've lost out on a day (and counting) of sales because my site is practically unusable without a filtering system. On 10/28/24 I was experiencing issues and decided to clear the cache, resync products and whilst doing so I enabled a recommended feature (search functions). Seemed harmless enough since I had to resync/clear cache anyway. Despite turning the recommended search features off, the filter is completely blanking out every category page or page in which the filter is enabled. No phone support, email support is generally 12-24 hours from responding due to my location. I pay nearly $100 a month for this service. Phone support would go a long ways, especially when your store is established and getting frequent orders. It would make more sense to pay for the upgraded bigcommerce plan that has this feature by default because at least I can get a hold of someone within 5 minutes due to bigcommerce being a large enough of an organization to feature live support.
