Integration Broken - After the update on 6th of October the QuickBooks app no longer integrates. Was working perfectly prior to the update, was just told it is now back online and uninstall and reinstall and it will work, I have followed the process and still not working.

Integration Broken - The app updated and the connection has been lost from BigCommerce to QBO, nothing will update. On with the chat yesterday with no resolution. Allegedly in 24-48 hours the legacy app will be be re-introduced and the connection restored. It has been down all week.

Integration Ruined - I thought I was going crazy until I saw the most recent reviews. I'm also stuck with a new app that doesn't work. I now have a lot more work to do with trying to find an alternative, manually entering online orders into QB, and manually updating inventory on our website. For something this major, we should have been notified about the changes in advance or at least given a tutorial on how this would work. I can't believe this was beta tested at all because there's no way this works for anyone. Poor planning and execution all around.

APP IS RUINED AS OF 9/30/25 - A new update that was released was in fact a completely new app. This app does not support inventory syncing so any website that was utilizing Quickbooks as their inventory management software and had live inventory on their website is now completely screwed. There are quite a few features they removed with the new app without any notification that has completely ruined my website's functionality. They say there is no way to return to the old application and to be patient while their developers update their software with an unknown ETA. They say I should research something else to better work for my business, after I am now in a position where I am completely screwed. I will be getting rid of Onesaas and Quickbooks as soon as I now RUSH to find an alternative.

I need help! - I have your integration running, but I want to make some adjustments. When I try to "Get Support" or "Contact Partner" from your marketplace site, it takes me somewhere I can't request help. I am hopeful someone can see this review and provide help! Every time I try to open the app from within BigCommerce I get the following error: Something went wrong.Could not sign in user. BEN fixed customer map in 5 seconds - App is pretty maintenance free. One downside is that is lacks GUI to manage customer mapping so if you delete/merge a customer, you have to reach out to support. Also, BC nor QB support have a clue when it comes to the app...they cannot even provide the correct contact information to reach OneSaas.

syncing issue fixed fast by Sherwin - Sherwin helped me out in record time today. He was kind, asked all the right questions, and fast to figure out what was stopping my integration on one invoice. I think you are rivaling the best customer service with Big commerce in my book! They also have great help and I'm so glad you are partnering with them and continuing the support for my small business. Sherwin deserves a raise! or at least buy him a special lunch as a thank you from me!

Great support from Francis - We received very helpful support from Francis. We didn't have everything set correctly for invoice number sequencing. Francis walked us through both correcting our QB's account and getting the proper settings in place in the app. Thank you!
