Does what it says - this app does exactly what it says and in my opinion works wonders for the website. the most important thing for me are customer relations and to be able to create a database of emails to send out newsletters etc is crucial.

New User - I just downloaded the app and so far so good. It is very simple to use but gives off a very professional look. Only gave 4 stars because I just downloaded it and haven't had much time to experience it. But I especially like the pop up feature. Currently trying out that feature. Will update my feedback once I have more information.

New to Privy - I'm just getting started with Privy, however, I would like to say that I LOVE that it integrates with my BigCommerce store. I was able to import my customers with little to no difficulty. I also like the newsletter signup being a pop-up on the site and you can control the time at which the customer sees it. Looking forward to great things with Privy!!

This app suxs - The whorst I've used them for a year they say free bull @#$$ they will charge u. They wsnt me to pay 250.00 a month. For a free service. They lie. They say it's free then drop you when you do not pay. Lies. To dont waste your time with this app

ok - Honestly, I'm only reviewing the product because I want the pop-up to go away that keeps asking me to review it. I haven't even used the product yet. If Privy waited to ask me I might be able to give a more thoughtful review.

Maybe? - Privy starts by walking you through set up, but stops suddenly until you leave a review on here. Which I think is silly as I haven't even tried this thing out. I will amend once I've had time to get a feel for it. But maybe don't force your potential customers to favorably review you before you let them have a look around.

Good so far - So far I like this app. It's sort of hard to give a rating at this point as I haven't had the opportunity to get a real feel whether or not it works and makes a difference. I can assume it will. The features are pretty nice, and the customization is good. I would have rather waited a while to leave a review, but I can't get past step 4 of 5 without doing it now! I don't like seeing pop-ups every time I log into my account.

you asked so here it is - So far its great. easy to set up and for a free tool it is giving me everything i need at this point. The one thing is, the instructions for install on Privy's site for BC are for the old BC themes. I was able to figure it out on my Stencil theme but I could see others have problems with this.

Great for bigcommerce - Used this to replace a hand-coded pop-up when we moved from Magento to BigCommerce. Couldn't be happier. Easy for anyone to edit and monitor, and even the free version has a ton of great functionality. Thanks Privy!

thanks for the program - this is a good program. I have used it for some time. lately it seem to not pop up as often but it has still assisted my company in earning.you should def use it with mailchimp

Free App is disaster on mobile - The popup occupies the entire screen on smartphones and customers get annoyed with getting rid of it. I only had the pop up on exit intent, but she had difficulty completing her order. I had to walk her through the mine field over the phone to get the order. When we hung up, I disable the app. Did get 12 signups out of 1700+ impressions but I don't know how many sales I lost!

So Easy So Effective - Privy is such a good app! I've used it on another platform as well. It's easy to set up and customize. It syncs so well with my Constant Contact and imports all sign ups directly to my list. I'm extremely happy with Privy and I look forward to exploring more of the features. Great app Privy!

Amazing app! - This is a great app! Very intuitive. Great options to create wonderful designs! Right now we are using it to create popups, just on the free version! So useful, easy to use and implement. Thank you for making such a great app and with good customer service. From what we have already used - I am looking forward to discovering other features! Happy so far - Just installed the free version of this app a couple of days ago. We're trying out exit intent. So far it's great. Customer service is wonderful and I'm shocked at how much they offer for free! Setting it was very easy compared to some apps I've come across. So that was a nice surprise too.

I love this app - I was using Privy on my other website before I moved to Bigcommerce. As soon as I moved, I found and install Privy here. I like that it is very intuitive and easy to set up, and there are a lot of options to customize the look. You can use free version or upgrade to paid one depending on your needs. Customer support is THERE, which is very important. Whenever I asked a question I received an answer within a couple of hours, sometimes minutes. Thank you!
