Don't waste your time or money - I have a list of customers who opted in to receive newsletters and their "compliance team" stated they are unmailable. i even put in my own personal email address, selected the newsletter and privy is stating my email address in "not mailable". SCAM! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Broken Features / No Multi-Site - After questioning numerous times with the sales rep that the app would work with a multi-store BigCommerce account, we were repeatedly told there would be no problems.After several weeks of vetting marketing partners, several weeks setting up our first store, and then several more weeks with support (and then escalated support) not being able to get multi-site functionality working, we're back to square one.Despite our early-on expressed concerns, and many, many hours of time wasted, customer support did not do the right thing and refund us our entire billings for the time it was not fully functional.Also, several OTHER things don't work with BigCommerce, despite being stated to do so. Some examples include adding coupons, dynamic coupon tags, and even dynamic product grids in emails. So even if multi-site was working, we'd STILL be taking a step back compared to our previous partner, or many other options for BigCommerce.Find a proper company and put their simple script on your site instead of wasting time with cheap repurposed apps like this.

RIP-OFF AND DECEPTIVE COMPANY - Claims the app is free but you get what you pay for - NOTHING! Kills most of your email list of valid subscribers from other apps, then wants to charge you to send an email when it says it is free! I wasted too much time to learn this ridiculous garbage. If I am going to pay, I will use a REAL app like Constant Contact that is reliable and professional. I have a small email list and wanted to send a single update to a couple dozen clients and cannot justify paying for this garbage. Will UNINSTALL!

Not Impressed - Not even impressed with this app. You claim free but no email newsletter can get sent without paying for it. You allow pop up discounts but then when a customer replies there is absolutely no way to even send them the code?? I spent 3 hours setting all of this up for my store and then try to test the email and NOPE.. impossible without having to pay. Rip off I say and also very frustrating. Total waste of my time. Definitely not impressed in the least.

Extremely dissapointed - Don't trust these reviews. The newsletter won't be sent to anyone listed under the contact tab and no abandonned cart mail is ever sent to anyone. You can't manually add more than 5 contacts without an error popping. Basically a scam on BigCommerce, I wonder how I can get the $10 I paid to them refunded. The support is also terrible.
