Excellent Service - Not going to lie, this was a cold call from Doofinder to us and offered us a free trial. We were very surprised and extremely happy with the results and we have signed up for their most extensive package along with all of the extra features available. These search results not only help our customers find products on our store easier, but they help our employees as well.

As soon as we finished the demo we knew we wanted it right away. It was a great add and really improved our website. Great Experience - Just completed our 30 day trial of Doofinder. I found it very helpful in tracking customer searches and what they were looking for. My adviser from Doofinder, Carlos, was very helpful, pointing all the information that was displayed. We had a small issue on our end and he jumped right in and got it fixed. He was very courteous and patient with all my questions. I think this is going to be a big help. You should give it a try.

simple to set up, intelligent interface - The customer service has been very good and the app has been easy to set up. Started with one website and have now added to our second website. We like the option of no contract and the easy set-up is great. Service from Kiran has been great and always timely. They always care that the results are there for our website and that we are paying only for the services that will be used. I would recommend this to any website for a robust search options as the default search through BigCommerce doesn't provide nearly as many options.
