Search Ap - The Doofinder search app is great. They cold called me and I was going to hang-up but I'm glad I didn't. I didn't like my current search ap and was just going start looking for a solution. I in stalled the free trial on another of our sites and liked it. Now I have a better search experience and the price is a 1/3 of the other AP and I have it on 2 sites. Also Imanol from Doofinder followed through on everything and still answers my questions or refers them to their help desk which is quick with a response.

Much Improved Aesthetic - Susmit got me to try this for a month, excellent improvement over Big Commerce's default. Customers have commented that they appreciate the change. I appreciate the effort Susmit put into getting us as a customer. I'd recommend this company and app add on to any website on bigcommerce.

Best search for small business - Doofinder is the best option for businesses on a small budget. Their support worked tirelessly getting the search to work on my site and Kiran Kumar and team made it do what it advertises. That's dedication.

Great integration & simple to use - Many BC apps aren't very good but this one is great! Simple to use and Alistair did a great job helping me get set up and implementing. Searches are superfast and take my customers right where they need to be! Worth the $$.

Game Changer - I'll admit I was skeptical when I got a cold call from one of their representatives, but he was very kind and helpful in showing me examples of other websites using DooFinder for their searches, and I was immediately won over. It is honestly SO much better than the native search features, with so much flexibility for how to optimize our customers' search results to show them what they're actually looking for. The synonyms are a life saver, the banners feature is awesome, and I love being able to change how our products rank in results based on keyword. The statistics and reporting on how our customers are searching on our site is so helpful for making sure others are seeing what they need. We won't go back to how we were handling searches before. Worth every penny.

Outstanding Product & Company - I tried several other search tools and they either didn't do everything they stated, were too expensive, or did not really have a support team. This company and tool is different. You can easily tailor the tool to your needs. The support team responds very quickly and I have have had regular calls from the staff all during my trial period where I was not paying a dime! Last, but not least the tool is helping a great deal. I have over 200,000 products and some tools could not handle this volume, but Doofinder has had no issues. It is a very easy and great product. We will have a long term relationship with this team I am sure!

Great Product - I tried a number of the highly rated and popular search options and none of them work as well as the doofinder app. It is a fraction of the price as others and provides much better search results.

Superior Search - Christian had called me one day and I didn't even consider swapping to a different search engine our our website. I spoke to him and installed doofinder within 5 minutes and had it on our site. It's very easy to use and intuitive. I really enjoy their boosting, synonym, custom results, and banner features. Each feature has it's own benefit and really help customize the search function. The native bigcommerce search engine is fine, but doofinder is fantastic. I would highly recommend doofinder and Christian to anyone.

Much better search - Doofinder gives you a lot more control on you search and search bar results as well as ability to cross promote when searching. However for us the most important part has been seeing what customers are searching for so we can adapt search results and data.

Advanced Search Box - Doofinder is not a basic search tool, it gives you lots of flexibility what to show when your visitors search for something. It has some advanced features with extra money and some of them are not worth the money. If your site usage increases the cost of doofinder also increases by a lot. The only thing I don't like it is price but if you don't mind the price it's the perfect search tool that every e-commerce website should have.

At LAST! The Right Search App with Exact Phrase Match - We sell recorded church hymnal accompaniment. Many of our shoppers search for a song title to locate our product which has that title. Until now, results were returning for products that were not matches, but had at least one of the words in their search, which were returning the wrong products. Nothing more frustrating to see users search a title we have only to be shown a hundred products that do not have that title. I've tried several other apps on BigCommerce but none of them worked the way I needed it to. I was so happy and surprised when I tried doofinder and found that the search results return merely the products that with the titles they searched on. I could not be more thrilled to finally have found the right app. Thank you, doofinder!
