Good product and service - Nice slick product that improves the search bar immensely on BigCommerce platform but the 30 day free trial is misleading. They say it is $35 a month for the service after the free trial but do not tell you the features you get the try out within the free trial period will cost you $59 and up a month. Other then that so far so good and my Customer service Rep Daniel was superb.

Doofinder Excels at Customer Service! - Lauren at Doofinder was such a pleasure to work with! Super helpful and patient in explaining everything. Doofinder is easy to install, with the help of Lauren, and makes searches easy for the customer! Highly recommend!

Doo Finder - I really like how easy doo finder is to use. I can manage it quickly and it is very easy for customers to use. I really liked our sales rep and how helpful and amazing she was.

Works great, but be aware! - The app works very well and improves massively on the (useless) standard BC search function - BUT - and it's a fairly big BUT honestly....I find between BC and Doofinder, the pricing is misleading. The app page states free trial, then USD$35.00 per month....but that's just the basic, lowest possible charge. It absolutely should state that the monthly charge could be a LOT more than that, as it is based on the number of searches done each month - or actually, the number of searches done by your customers + the number times per day the app indexes your site, and the number of products you have online. That USD$35 quickly enters the USD$100+ range. Also be aware that the "non stop service" function that you can tick a box to have when first signing up for a package (after the trial period) has no details of any costs, but they absolutely will charge you the moment that function kicks in - yet another surprise amount. Great app, works really well, but be aware of costs. I think BC and Doofinder could do a lot better with regards to costs transparency.

Best search for small business - Doofinder is the best option for businesses on a small budget. Their support worked tirelessly getting the search to work on my site and Kiran Kumar and team made it do what it advertises. That's dedication.

Much better search - Doofinder gives you a lot more control on you search and search bar results as well as ability to cross promote when searching. However for us the most important part has been seeing what customers are searching for so we can adapt search results and data.
