Chatway App - Just started using the chat app and so far it is great. I can interact with my customers with ease and have a fast turn around with the email option for customers to leave with a brief inquiry for more indepth info on their interest. I used Live Chat in the past, but this app is very user friendly and easy to navigate making my work a snap! Thanks to the makers of this wonderful app! And it is free with the option for expanding into a paid subscription. Couldn't be happier with my choice.

The BEST chat widget out there. - I've used a couple chat widgets before at my previous company, none of them free, and it was always good enough but was never blown away. On my new store, I'm just starting out so wanted something on a budget--I was recommended to try Zoho and Tawk.to. The second one lasted a day and I was so frustrated with it I got rid of it. I found this one on the BC store and hadn't heard anything but decided to give it a shot.Holy cow, best decision I've made--it's perfect. Looks super clean on my storefront, super customizable, setup is easy-peasy and there's almost no learning curve. The backend is not too complicated and just makes sense. No crazy features but it just works. Couldn't be happier, especially for free!

Best free chat, hands-down! - We came from LiveChat...their UX absolutely was horrible and NOT intuitive. Chatway is SOOOO much better!!! MUCH easier to use, and our customers like the experience better as well! We're currently on the free plan, but even when we'll have to pay we'll be more than happy to!

Best Free Online Chat App for a Small Business - While searching for a new LiveChat app, I tried at least four different options—some were too basic, while others were overly complicated to set up. Then I found Chatway. Installing and configuring it was effortless, and the app is clearly designed with the end user in mind. As a single user, the free version is perfect for me, and I’m so glad I discovered it! If you're a small business looking for an online chat solution, I highly recommend Chatway.
