It's a totally overpriced app. Even the base plan is too expensive at $39 (it's not $23 per month as advertised here). Then, when you want another feature, they just tell you to upgrade. then, when you go to upgrade, it costs $129 per month! I cant even export the past contact info without upgrading. The bot will require an upgrade, so don't think you are getting a bot or even using fixed replies without the upgrade to $129 pm.. Skip this company. There are many other options. It's not worth it. NOT RECOMMENDED.
