The integration of the chat widget on our Ecwid website was really easy and did not require us to use Google Tag Manager or to copy/paste any code, unlike so many other apps.nnIt's truly a breath of fresh air to be able to channel all customer contacts into a single app. Now, customer emails are replied to from the Chatway app and are no longer mixed up with supplier emails or any other internal company communication.nnWhile on the go, it's a relief to have the Chatway app installed on my mobile phone. That way, I don't have to carry my laptop with me all the time.nnFor the moment, it's not possible to send emails from your professional email when replying to emails from the app. You have to use Chatway's custom email, but I was told that this functionality will be available in the near future.nnAnother nice addition would be the ability to reply to SMS messages from the Chatway app.

For a few weeks now l have been using this Chatway app. nIt's been working very well so far.nIn particular l find the live chat very useful for my customers as they try to navigate the store and l can answer any questions they might have in real time.nSupport team are very helpful also⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
