Great support and system - I've used Smile.io before and then switched to Stamped.io due to their review integration. I'm back using Smile.io because of Stamped's bad support and I'm glad I did! This system is so much smoother than any of the others I've used and I really like all of the emails it sends customers about their points, how to earn, etc. I needed a little bit of support recently and Jade was great help! Migrated from S Loyalty - I've only been working with this system for a short time, but so far I'm super impressed with the amount of features and the level of support. It's much more robust than the system we were using previously and gives a lot more insight that we weren't getting on our old app. It's also great that I can get on chat and talk with a support team member within minutes. They have been very helpful and so far I'm really happy that we decided to switch.
