Great App, Great Service, Their Support Team Is PHENOMENAL - This app is fantastic, it does a much better job of indexing products compared to the native search functionality, and they offer custom solutions which can be tailored to the needs of your business. Support has always been quick and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Very Helpful Support - Searchanise is working out great within our BigCommerce ecommerce site. We've seen a definite increase in sales since installing it and our customers have responded quite positively about the functionality of Searchanise.It's pretty much an install and go type app, but there are plenty of settings/configurations for customization.We recently had a situation where the app wasn't displaying on a specific page. We then contacted the Searchanise support and their response was fast, friendly and the problem was solved immediately.Just sayin' ;)

Quick fix to suit our needs - We need our search terms to ignore hyphens if used when customers search by model number as some do and some don't include them. After the initial setup and including these two references in the category search keywords we found that Searchanise was not utilising this element to search for a category. A couple of emails back and forth and the Searchanise team fixed it without fuss. It now work perfectly. Very impressed with their service and quick turnaround.Edit - Jan 24 left Searchanise and tried an alternative search app. We came back Feb 24. The Searchanise team have been very supportive, quick to respond to our requests and the app works perfectly.

Missing Features for BigCommerce stores - Searchanise is very good. I would give it 5 stars (given the affordable price) but for two critical features they have made available for Shopify, Magento, etc. but not BigCommerce: 1. Product Labeling/Badges and 2. Personalization. I've reached out about these features and they basically said they have no plans to offer this to BigCommerce customers--which makes me wonder if we're paying the same price for fewer features. I use a third party app for the 1st issue, though it meant disabling Searchanise for category handling for the badges to show.Further, more customization when it comes to the Sale labels, Price/Sales Price, Product Titles, etc. would go a long way to making Searchanise look more integrated with the look/feel of a template (ex. allowing ALL CAPS, simple choices like a simple rectangle label for sale items, color options for sale items, etc.) .

Searchanise store search - Big Commerce's standard search bar is horrible. So far it seems like this one is working very well. More focused search results. Better looking search bar results. Thanks for offering a great product.

Formatting with Searchnise - We decided to give this plug in ago and it actually works really well with product filtering if you have some kind of plant for its implementation. When we installed it, we had a formatting issue with a page. They fixed in about a day or less after I sent them an email. Would recommend!

Buyer beware - you will lose $$$$ - Buyer beware, we were testing page speed and uninstalled this app to see speed difference, and that cancels the service and you lose all the time you had left (for us that's a year)

Great App Great Service - Very easy to use and it doesn't take much time to set up. The customer service team is superb.

Unanswerd support questions after several days - When we installed Searchanise we were excited and we saw the results immediately. We created two support tickets to answer questions about how to and those questions have gone unanswered after several days except for the confirmation email that the question was received. The best product can be hurt if support is terrible. If my support questions were answered my rating would be MUCH different!thanks

Hugh Improvement Over Built In Search - This app is a great improvement over Bigcommerce's built in search. So much more control over search results at a very low cost. It should come standard.

Great app and support - This app is the best solution for improving search and adding filters to a bigcommerce site, it’s super easy to set up and works perfectly. The support team have been really helpful so far and have even added custom code for me to further improve the service. Highly recommended.

Set and forget - The native Bigcommerce search leaves much to be desired. We installed this app and instantly began seeing an improvement in the relevancy of the search result. We are very happy with the product and would recommend this to anyone using Bigcommerce.

Amazing - With thousands of products, my search was all over the map showing most results having nothing to do with the search request. Installed this app and it's fast, accurate, and drills down to what the customer needs. It's also much more cost effective than most of the other available apps. Simply an amazing improvement.

Searchanise is Excellent! - We were looking for an advanced search facility to integrate into our website and came across Searchanise. It was super easy to install and configure. The front end search results and recommendations are excellent! One of the best apps in the Bigcommerce Marketplace.

App and Support 5/5 - We have used Searchanise on two different eCommerce platforms. We are currently using it on BigCommerce. It is super easy to setup and it has taken our search to the highest level. We get suggestions with photos and we have over 400 products in our store with several variations on each. We highly recommend Searchanise for your eCommerce store.

Great app and excellect support - We have thousands of products and the standard bigcommerce search was not up to task. Searchanise adds tons of helpful features and creates an easier more accurate search. Support is also excellent and quick to answer questions.

Great search solution and support - We have a lot of categories and supporting pages on our site so being able to show everything, not just items, in search results has helped improve our customer satisfaction. We have only been live for a week and have already received compliments from customers on the improved ability to find what they need. We had one small issue where needed some changes to how certain products were displayed and their support was great. They had a developer change some javascript and made it work perfectly for us. Highly recommend!!
