She also provided additional information for the future with detailed instructions, links and video resources. Fabulous! - Absolutely amazing! The search bar learns as it is used and my filter navigation is great. Whenever I have a problem or need some coding done, they assist before I even ask! Definitely worth every penny :)

Searchanise App Product Filter - Excellent customer service that will work with you to make small modifications to the app. I had a few things that needed custom CSS to fit the theme I’m using and they where able to provide the code and apply it for me. The product filtering works great and is very easy to apply to any bigCommerce theme. Best option for filtering without having to upgrade your bigCommerce plan. I have been using this integration for about a year and will keep using it as long as my site is live.

Many features - Excellent value. Does everything we need at a very good price. Performance can be a little slow at times, but the app's features more than make up for this.

Searchanise - Amazing customer support - had an issue and it was resolved within 24 hours. Excellent!

Fantastic support from Dan - We use big commerce headless solution which means we always encounter problems with apps. I contacted a couple of companies before Searchandise and most just say no we can't help. Searchandise actually took the time to listen and understand what our setup was and did warn us there could be problems but did not say no. We did encounter a problem which their dev team implemented a fix for us and hopefully we will be live within the next couple of days. So far I can't rate them high enough. Thank you Searchandise. I honestly wish more companies would take the time to understand customer requirements instead of just walking away. Definitely will recommend.

Wow! 3 clicks and a 1000% improvement! - Wow! Late last week I realized that it is impossible for a customer to quickly find an item in our store. In Jewelry, you might have 40 items that have the exact same title except the size, so regular search just doesn't narrow down the products far or fast enough. I was not thrilled at the prospect of spending hundreds of hours finding and implementing an expensive solution. I contacted BigCommerce support, and after describing the challenges they recommended Searchanise. I thought I didn't have the time to set this up. It was critical, though, because BigCommerce analytics clearly showed that virtually every visitor to the site shops, but less than 1% put something in the cart. Once a cart is created, a decent % of people purchase. So now that I'm running advertising to bring in new visitors, helping people find the right item to put in the cart is the stumbling block for sales on our site. I was hesitant to start the process because I expected a lengthy install/onboarding. Wow, was I wrong! The first click was for Get This App. The second click was Install. I can't remember the 3rd click, but after that Searchanise indexed all 3,800 of my SKUs and my 492 categories. Now, instead of infinite annoyance and friction in finding the desired product, it takes less than 30 seconds to get down to the number of items my customers want to browse, and the speed is unbelievable. Once browsing, Searchanise provides additional choices to narrow down the selection dynamically. I am simply amazed about how stressless and fast it now is to find the piece of jewelry you want. All I had to do was click three times for an amazing and fully functional tool in less than 5 minutes - one that also costs less than $100 a year. I can't wait to start seeing results!

Great App, Great Service, Their Support Team Is PHENOMENAL - This app is fantastic, it does a much better job of indexing products compared to the native search functionality, and they offer custom solutions which can be tailored to the needs of your business. Support has always been quick and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

We wanted to implement some customisation to our search results layout. We had some specific needs and got in contact with them. Within 24 hours we had replies, mock ups and work had started. 48 hours later it is complete and the customisation we wanted is in place. They really are supportive and responsive to their customers. Seriously if you are looking for a search function to improve your website try Searchanise, you will not be disappointed. We need our search terms to ignore hyphens if used when customers search by model number as some do and some don't include them. After the initial setup and including these two references in the category search keywords we found that Searchanise was not utilising this element to search for a category. A couple of emails back and forth and the Searchanise team fixed it without fuss. It now works perfectly. Very impressed with their service and quick turnaround. Edit - Jan 24 left Searchanise and tried an alternative search app. We came back Feb 24. The Searchanise team have been very supportive, quick to respond to our requests and the app works perfectly.

Missing Features for BigCommerce stores - Searchanise is very good. I would give it 5 stars (given the affordable price) but for two critical features they have made available for Shopify, Magento, etc. but not BigCommerce: 1. Product Labeling/Badges and 2. Personalization. I've reached out about these features and they basically said they have no plans to offer this to BigCommerce customers--which makes me wonder if we're paying the same price for fewer features. I use a third party app for the 1st issue, though it meant disabling Searchanise for category handling for the badges to show.Further, more customization when it comes to the Sale labels, Price/Sales Price, Product Titles, etc. would go a long way to making Searchanise look more integrated with the look/feel of a template (ex. allowing ALL CAPS, simple choices like a simple rectangle label for sale items, color options for sale items, etc.) .
