Great product with great support - There are some learning curves to this app, but once you start to understand the amount of things you can do with it you won't want to stop tinkering with it. The support team is amazing and very responsive. I am so glad I found this app, it is definitely a huge value add to my online storefront!

LOVE THIS APP - As with all apps I try, I was skeptical that it would fit my needs without being complicating. I was so surprised how easy it was to install and get working. Then I wanted to fine tune a few things to meet my sites specific needs. Being on the free trial I figured I wouldn't get much assistance but WOW, I was wrong. Their customer service is super responsive and helped me with everything. Highly recommended. You will be super impressed.

Just...Wow! - I'm so happy I ended up using Searchanise. I have not even scratched the surface of what I'm sure it is capable of, dialing in my settings, etc. But I just completed my 14 day trial and signed up. First, installing was a breeze! It cataloged my entire product library as soon as I installed it on my bigcommerce store. It automatically plugged into the search bar. I literally didn't have to do a thing, and there it was , on my website! The search is FAST in our webstore, much faster than out of the box. I have not tried any competitors' products, but so far this works for me. Thanks Searchanise!

Great App - Absolutely amazing app! I hated the native BigCommerce filter so used Freshclick for years which had bugs and was overpriced IMO. Found Searchanise and it is so much better. The search bar system is amazing and love being able to put the filters at the top of the page versus the left side.

Product and support - We added this search and have had them do a couple of simple customizations. It's excellent.
