Great APP & Service - We have struggled to get our product rating & snippets live. SEO rich snippets solved this problem. It works well, although not with Judge Me. The FAQ feature for Big Commerce has also bee super useful. Top class support from the team.

First Class Service! - I had an issue with my review snippets ever since my review company changed things on their end, and I wasn't sure how to go about correcting it. I sent a message just hoping for some direction, but they made all the required changes and got everything back up and running perfectly. Customer support at that level is unheard of these days! Impressed would be an understatement.

Fantastic app, fantastic support. - Something was bothering me, for far too long. I was getting notifications from Google saying there are errors with my Schema. I was getting messages from Yotpo competitors saying, "hey, I notice your product reviews are not showing up on Google...". My SEMRush dashboard was showing "invalid structured data items" which was impacting my site health score. I sort of know what this stuff is (not really) but how do I fix it? For far too long I left it on the "I'll get to it" list. In the end, trying to move my SEMRush needle on Site Health convinced me that I had to get this resolved. I resigned myself to a long and frustrating learning curve. Then I saw the SEO Rich Snippets app. I installed it, followed the instructions and about 15 minutes later was up and running. I emailed support (as they suggest) for them to check everything was working as it should. I got an email back telling me all was installed correctly, and if I gave Brad access to my Google Seach Console, he will work some magic to move Google along in recognizing my shiny new Schema. He did what he said he would and here we are, one week later, with my account all sorted. Years (yes, I know), of inaction could have been solved by click, click, click on my part. 15 minutes, tops. Great app, great people, great service. If you have an issue, just install the app. Don't think, just do it.

Truly excellent product and support - We have been using another product from this outfit - namely TagRocket. When we had an issue with our review rich-snippets, our previous experience meant that it was a straightforward decision to use SEO Rich Snippets. On install/configuration (very straightforward), we had an issue as we are using a non-standard 3rd party solution for reviews. This was no problem for Brad who wrote and sent a script to account fo our weirdness within hours of our support request. This worked perfectly and first time.Also, the resulting Rich Snippets are far more comprehensive and cleaner than are generated by 'built-in to product' solutions.I genuinely cannot recommend SEO Rich-Snippets (or for that matter Tag Rocket) highly enough.

Support at your fingertips and easy SEO - Out of the box easy installation and good instructions, however my template caused problems for sitelinks box and logos showing after it was updated to new theme. The support team got back in touch within hours and had it figured out. Definitely worth the investment to have things kept simple and able to be adjusted easily.
