Great app and great service - The built in BigCommerce system is terrible and I do not recommend anyone to use BigCommerce for their company unless they are willing to pay for a custom integration or an app to make their site usable for customers. The app I would recommend is Searchanise, which has been great for our store. It enabled us to have a search bar and search results system that actually worked and is modern. The customer service has also been great, with them making updates to our implementation as needed. Highly recommend!

Must Have for Big Catalogues - For a site with a large catalogue, a plug and play search solution is an absolute must

Can not recommend this app - Our experience has been mixed. Some features seem okay, but overall, we found this to be very clunky. Our monthly bill is $80 with only 400 products, we opt for the support feature, but communication is confusing. We wanted an app that required less effort. However, our team studied the documentation and integration but had no success. Even simple Product Label feature has been a challenge to implement. This did not work for our Bigcommerce Sneak Stencil Theme, so I can't recommend this app.

Great App and Outstanding Support - We have been using this app for a long time, and our store would not be the same without it. The app delivers consistently excellent performance, with fast response times and an extremely quick storefront search experience. What truly sets it apart is the outstanding customer support. The team is highly responsive, professional, and always quick to assist whenever needed. I would highly recommend installing Smart Search and Product Filters by Searchanise for any store looking to improve search speed, usability, and overall customer experience.

Good Product - Would like to see some enhancements to warrant cost increases - I've revised my review from one star to four. We've been with them for years. Unfortunately, they've just more than doubled their published price. The ROI dropped significantly due to the new structure. After I explained the problem they offered a 40% discount. Then I wrote a review here calling the price increase "ruthless" and they reached out again offering a 75% discount to retain me. That 75% increase resulted in a reasonable price increase over the previous price. I believe they are beginning to see that existing customers need to be valued and respected. It isn't an issue for new customers who will know in advance whether the ROI makes sense. Prior to this price issue, they were a trusted partner with a product that didn't need much attention. It just worked. I would be ideal to see some enhancements to the core product to warrant any price increase in the future.

Good Product - Ruthless Price Incresae - We've been with them for years. Sadly, they've just more than doubled their price. The ROI has dropped significantly due to the new structure. It's making the native BigCommerce search look appealing again.

Great Support - Pricing Structure Not So Much... - Searchanise is great with support and resolving issues. Very prompt and helpful - A+ there! The 50% price increase is a big pill to swallow. After our annual plan ends, we might be looking for an alternative.
