Very Good App and Great Customer Service - I have been using Smart Search for a couple of months now, and am very happy with it. I was using another one that cost twice as much, had glitches and a very slow response time. The search on this app is superior. My one issue is I cannot control what filters are on what categories and subcategories, however Support can fix that for me if I tell them what I want. Support is excellent. They respond quickly and even on weekends. That is a huge plus. Other than tweaking and customizing, I have had no technical issues with this app. I highly recommend.

Great customer service - Had an issue with the BC ads not appearing in the Searchanise-enabled search; they wrote us a custom script with detailed instructions on how to update as needed. Excellent work-around. This search tool is far superior to the built-in search from BC. Highly recommend!

Searchanise is a great solution - We have been using this search engine on three of our websites for more than a year now, and I must say it is brilliant. The app has greatly improved our search and results. We can customize it to our needs, use promotion widgets, and they really work. But what really stands out is their support. We have individual requests and improvements from time to time, and every time they give us quick and precise answers. Best App available - This app is GREAT and finding the items a customer is searching for, even when they don't know the correct spelling. I love that when I add new products or update urls, I can immediately force indexation to update search results.

Best BigCommerce app referral I've ever had! - Searchanise is by far the Best BigCommerce app referral I've ever had! Until I was given this link https://bit.ly/winerzsearch when I was convinced that the BigCommerce native search functionality was suitable for all the customer search needs. How I was wrong! This search has transformed the results for our customers and increased sales because visitors now find much better results than the basic solution. After looking at the software capabilities, I did some research and comparing to other search providers and I'm happy this was the best option. As well as great software, very reasonable pricing, their customer support is top notch! As you can tell by this review, I'm very happy this has improved my store and I have no hesitation at recommending Searchanise.

Fexible App with Great Customer Service - We've been using this app for a couple of years and it has served us very well.
