Great app with lots of features - Shogun is a great app with lots of functionality. There's lots of different content you can place on your site and they function great.

Love it - Shogun has made it a lot easier to provide more engaging content on our website. They've been quick to respond the few times I've needed some help, and we are able to do a lot more than we could before.

Awesome and fuss free - We've been using Shogun for months now and I'm constantly impressed with the fast support. Even if the experts don't have a direct solution, they'll find a workaround that solves our problems. It's also really easy to use and builds beautiful pages without having to ever touch code. Definitely recommend this!

Customer Support - We have been testing this software for a few days now on a trial, and I have to say it is good, I was reluctant as to the extent of its capabilities but it hasn't failed me yet when I start to question it, when I get to a point where the editing of a section cannot do what I need it to, I get onto customer support and the have resolved it every time, and quickly, very good support so far I have to say. I was dubious as there isn't a chat support, so I didn't think the response would be quick when emailing in, but I was proved wrong. Highly recommend!

Great App! - Shogun has been a huge help! It works well and is simple to learn. The workflow is very user friendly from beginning to end! It has been well worth it.

Easy to make beautiful pages - This app makes building pages so much easier!!! It didn't take long for the team to learn how the app worked and they were able to control everything we needed to within the Shogun dashboard. The instructional videos are simple and easy to follow. Whatever we had a specific question, their support team responded quickly and thoroughly. It has been a great experience so far!

Easy to learn, great support - I tried a few apps for creating pages and content for my new Big Commerce site and found Shogun to be by far the easiest to learn to use, and I'm completely non-techy. Didn't take long for me to get the hang of how to use the Elements and get them to format and stack correctly for different devices, and when I've had questions, Shogun's team has been VERY responsive and VERY helpful. Would recommend to anyone building a site or adding to an existing site.

Fantastic tool to build a pro site without developers - Shogun has been instrumental in enabling me to build a complex and good-looking commerce-enabled site with almost no programming knowledge. My only regret is that I spent ANY time trying to use the WYSIWYG editor built into BC. Don't delay in giving Shogun a try - it will allow you to build a site that is vastly more sophisticated than you ever though possible without external developers!

Perfect! - This app has been an amazing tool for our site and has been a great time-saver! Very easy to use and haven't run into any issues yet (it's been installed for over 6 months now).

Haven't really tested yet but ... - At first I thought to get the features I wanted it was going to cost me $79 US a month, but the support team let me know that once I have created the pages I want - I can simply uninstall the app and stop paying - BUT I get to keep all of my pages.Brilliant.Can't wait to put this to the test and build my dream product page.

Excellent ease of use & customer support - Between the ease of use and designing and their customer support rep Charles - I could not be more excited that I found this app. This is a must have for anyone who wants to quickly design and implement custom designs and layouts especially for their homepage!

Looking good! - I've built a couple of pages so far including my homepage, had it looking almost right and had to go for help with the rest. To be fair the problem was with my theme, not shogun. I got an answer pretty quickly (maybe an hour) that he'd gone and done some CSS work with my theme! Like, I REALLY don't have to hire a developer to get what I want! That said, there is some learning you have to do. I was able to jump in and go from working with the Thrive Architect in Wordpress. It's very very similar. If you've been sorely disappointed in the Bigcommerce blogging platform as I was and put it on a wordpress subdomain, you wouldn't have to with Shogun.

Good app & great support behind it - App saves tons of time in having to hire a developer and Charles from the tech support team is super helpful. This is a must-have app for any BigCommerce user.

Very Good - This is a fairly new app and they are improving it all the time. 4 stars only because there is so much more they can do it they keep going.Bottom line: Bigcommerce should buy them out and make this the default page creator in Bigcommerce - not an app. But keep the company separate so they continue to innovate.Great for product pages, blogs. Keep going Shogun and this will be the best page builder!

Great App, Great Support - This app allowed us to replace Wordpress. We now have an e-com site without looking like an e-com site. The support has been great and would highly recommend.

Web Page Issues - Great service! Answered all my questions and explained the reasons why there was issues which is helpful for us to troubleshoot next time around. 4 stars because it usually takes a few hours to get a response but other than that 5 stars for the actual service.

Great App! Love It!! - Using this app to add pages to my current eCommerce website. Since I only know a little coding (enough to be dangerous) it is a HUGE help. Just watch the tutorial and you will be an expert in no time. Excellent online support. Believe me, I have had to contact them more than once and they respond back immediately . Give it a shot, it is well worth the money.
