Fantastic - Gotta admit it: I love the extra flexibility Shogun gives to some pretty standard BC site/page design options for my theme. Even better are the series of short vid tutorials to help you use the Shogun features. Best: when I needed an extra tip here or there, Nick & his crew were right there to field my Q. Big thumbs up for me.

Pretty Good - Shogun helps make it easier to build pages on Bigcommerce but there's room for improvement. Would like to see more features added and it could be a little easier to use but gets the job done.

Great Page Builder - Shogun has allowed us to create professional looking pages on our website, without a lot of HTML experience, and has provided solutions for some things lacking in our big commerce template. They are quick to respond and provide helpful customer service.

Shogun - good with room to improve - Some limitations to the tool, our front page had a lot of elements and while it loaded well for the consumer the back end Shogun environment couldn't handle the resource requirements. At this time it's unknown if this is something that will improve anytime soon but it is an issue they are aware of and working on.Regardless after simplifying our front page it has improved responsiveness and does allow for a wide variety of customization and styling. Response from staff has been quick & polite with good follow up on bugs that have been discovered and fixed.All told the future of the app looks good and it's worth looking at

Great tool for landing pages - I needed to replicate a bunch of landing pages as we transitioned to BC and this app made it so easy. It's powerful, but easy to use tool. Being able to save blocks and re-use them saved me so much time. I definitely recommend it.

Tremendous Help - Shogun is a great app for theme customization. The support team is great. I would say that there's still tremendous amount of room to grow. I hope they don't stay stagnant. I hope they continue to strive to find new features to implement to make this application better.

good but dangerous - easy to use and you can make your site look great but we noticed a large slow down in site speed and you cant switch back to your original theme once you publish pages. does not integrate well with big commerce and no phone to get answers....you must email them and wait for a reply that can take hours to days,

Great product, great customer service - We were using another e-commerce platform earlier and stuck with creating landing pages. When we decided to move to Bigcommerce, Shogun was like a bonus. It's an easy and powerful tool. Also, they have a responsive and helpful customer service.
