Hard to Use - If you are not already tech/computer savvy then you will have a hard time using this app. You need to have a little bit coding knowledge. There is not customer service to help set up this app and any response you get they act like your dumb. I am sure the app does what it says it does. It is just not easy to use.
love the videos - Very cool to see how customers navigate your site and see where they get hung up and potentially fall off. Well worth the money!!
Great App, Includes the Kitchen Sink - It took a bit to get settled post-trial. But only because I was unfamiliar with the App. Justin in support was awesome. Prompt to get back to me same day, even within a few minutes! In a span of a couple of days, I literally received over a dozen replies. All my questions were answered. We have a couple of sites, but didn't want chat for one of them. Not a problem. Almost everything I inquired about in terms of options was already built-in. Heatmaps could use some improvement, the scroll is kind of weird, but I can see that as a minor bug that will be resolved soon. My wish list items include: 1) Chat answer-order (tiered answering). So we can have certain staff answer chat requests firsts, then if needed they can transfer to next support level. 2) Other operators (online operator roster and status) - So we can see if other operators have themselves available for chat and if they are currently in a chat. Maybe show on the Live Visits page (Chatting with...operator name). So I know a specific customer is being attended to. Compared to the other solutions, Lucky Orange, had the most value. App is great out of the box, price was good, and support was even better.

Login is a pain - Login in to the app is nearly impossible, they send a password but no log in location for the user, then they say welcome go log in but don't give a password to use. I am locked out and it wont connect in my Apps Dashboard. Refuse to connect error.

On the Initial set up was very easy, but was not sure how to do one thing, no problem as they have phone support called! but no answer but a very nice voicemail, with so many apps that have only email support this was great and i left a message The next morning while watching Lucky orange I realized I had not disabled my popup blocker, so I turned it off and up popped chat support great left my question again. Now on Day 3 this app is supper ended the trail and paid added 2 more sites but I messed up the install well no problem sent message to support, 30 minutes later i fixed the install and its great. Only problem is No call back from support, 3 or 4 emails saying that I need to add the code for it to work, thought I had added the code? and I thought it was working? says I am almost at the end of my trial! But I am not on a trial?, me thinks A.I. is running the store. what a shame,

Can not get SUPPORT!!!! Goes straight to voicemail - I use to love this app but I want to downgrade my plan as I only have one website that needs tracking and I haven't been able to get any assistance. I have called, email and left a support ticket and nothing. I tried to pay with three cards and it continues to give me an error!!!
Very useful app - This is a great app. they give a lot of useful insight. They also provide great customer service and respond to questions on the same day.
Great app - For $10 / month it's great. They walked me through setup and it is genuinely a 60 second install. I wish you could save recordings easier and the price to extend storage is pretty high but the core app is amazing. Spend an hour a week watching customer navigate your site and you will almost certainly find something to tweak. There is chats, surveys, heatmaps ... for as little as $10 a month, it's a bargain to us.
Very Helpful and well worth the money - Update 7/4/19 - For those who add this app with Stencil & the Optimized Checkout & already have google analytics enhanced so you can't use that field - place the tracking code in Advanced Settings > Web Analytics > Site Verification tag. Then you can watch the entire checkout too. Why there who knows but it's great to watch the checkout on those who failed to complete checkout to see if there were issues. Not only did this app make me realize my mobile customers were having difficulty with viewing images (leading to my getting Magic Zoom and a huge sales increase) but it also lead to my making about 10 changes to my site and I noticed errors on pages (old info not updated - obvious spelling errors) just by looking at what my customer was seeing.I have yet to explore most of what this app has to offer and I thought I would not have time to go back and view the replays but it wasn't that time consuming. (actually it was hard to stop watching as it was so helpful)I can click on the # of pages viewed and quickly see a text list of all the pages viewed or I can reply their entire session (with or without idle time). I can choose which to watch by device, location, how many pages they viewed, if they added to the cart, checked out, how long their session lasted. There are also all kids of tags I can add when I have more time to explore more. it also offers insights to customer changes etc. This app helped me improve my site from my customer's viewpoint - I expected to continue with it indefinitely as it's a great analytical tool overall. (Note: I screwed something up and their customer service was very helpful and attentive to my needs and forgiving of my errors made)

Better Insights Than Analytics - I am no web or marketing expert, and it's only me who runs my little side biz. LuckyOrange is crucial for me because it shows me screen recordings of customers navigating through my site on their visits. It helps me see it from their perspective and it helps me to see errors on the page or things I need to improve on. You can tell when a customer is struggling to find something or if they're doing stupid things like clicking in circles or clicking on things that are not clickable. Then you fix it and find other stupid stuff that you've done like have page errors. Worth every penny. There are features that I don't use nor care about such as heatmaps or chat as I'm mostly not available to chat with customers live. I did try chat for a time and thought it worked well. But I only care about the recordings to see what typical navigation flows look like so I can improve upon that. Outstanding service for an outstanding cost.
One of the Best Apps EVER - There is just not enough good things to say about this app. I love the way I am able to view my company visitor movement and stats. It gives me insight on which categories I need to look at and which ones are doing great. This app gives all that is promised and more. If I had to say anything, I would say I wish the chat was just a tiny bit better,... maybe having a code that you could enter into the chat section of Big Commerce would help the chat to be more stable for lack of a better word. The away form is awesome, and works great. When is comes to customer service 100% on point, they are kind and helpful and quick to answer a call or respond to a email. They also provide tons of information to help make the most of the service they offer. I love this app, and would not trade it for the world. To Bradley and the rest of the staff at Lucky Orange... Thank you guys for everything.

At this stage we questioned some of our functional decisions with the new theme. We decided to trail Lucky Orange. Installation was quick and simple. Soon afterwards Simon contacted us and provided valuable advice on how to configure Lucky Orange. It also allowed us to better understand how to get the most of this app. Within days we could spot issues that lead to further changes on our new theme. The ability to replay entire user sessions along with real-time viewing allowed us to better understand how our customers were interacting with our website. We took out a paid subscription and continued using Lucky Orange. Within the fist month our conversion rate improved by 40% because of changes we made to our new Stencil Theme using the data collected by Lucky Orange. Whilst we have had Lucky Orange active for 6 weeks we are confident the improved conversion rate will be ongoing. Lucky Orange has a well thought out Dashboard that aggregates data from Goggle Analytics along with the data collected from Lucky Orange. The Heat Maps are simple and easy to understand. So far, we have made good use of Behaviour Tagging, Real-Time Alerts, Funnels and Heat Maps. In summary we have no issue recommending Lucky Orange if you are looking to better understand how your customers interact with your website and are looking to improve / optimise your conversion rate. We have the Lucky Orange Dashboard always running at work as it allows us to track what our customers are doing in real-time. Best App - Hello Let me begin by saying how much I love this app. Is amazing. We operate an online jewelry store and this app has transformed our business at best. You will be able to see exactly what customers are seeing , and the reasons why they may choose certain steps. I had a major issue with my platform where the customers could not check out because the check out page was so difficult for them. I was loosing revenue and without the view from Lucky Orange , I would have not been able to see the reasons why. Highly recommended and amazing service. Danny at customer service is very attentive and will assist you on any problem.
