Information on how our visitors/customers are interacting with our site. Complements our other analytics we have on our site. It's an excellent app to have when running an online store.

We love using it to see where our customers need help on our website. We use their great chat feature to communicate quickly with our customers from the webpage. I honestly wouldn't be able to see how customers use our site without it. The heat maps help us determine where to place content and it has made a real dollar difference. Full of useful Data - The App gives you a lot of information on people's behaviors on your website. It helps you understand what they pay attention to more, what frustrates them and also potential links that you did not realize don't work. The Data you get with this app really helps understand what your potential customers are looking for and how to make their journey through your website smoother to get that sale. The customer rep was very nice and during the onboarding call, he helped highlight the things to look out for and how to filter through the data. Highly recommend it.

Great Product - Intuitive design and helpful data. This app does provide a great perspective on what is happening with your site and visitors. Set up was really easy too. Overall I'm really pleased with this product.

Caring Tech Support - While installing Lucky Orange on the BC platform I was having some issues. I hopped on the chat and tried a few things with their support. When that did not work, they offered to do a live zoom session and walked me through a few issues. Through the process they learned that there were things that could be better on their end and documented it for their team. They really went out of their way to do process improvement and not just get me off the chat/zoom. So far they have put the right foot forward and care about their clients.
