Answerbase will answer questions automatically when available, presenting answers if it can find the information within your product details and specifications, or through previously asked questions. When the question can't be answered automatically, customers can submit their new questions and Answerbase sees an average of 8% of brand new questions that are answered convert to a sale. Answerbase then publishes, distributes and auto-suggests product Q&A in a way where over 21% of Q&A's will help convert at least one customer through either auto-suggest or new organic traffic to the merchants site (see next section).

Amazing Tool That Works! - First off, the customer service for this company is spot on! They communicate well, are friendly and professional. We are relatively new to this app, but so far the results have been tremendous. Once you add the right questions ( questions that your customers commonly ask) you will reduce or eliminate the need for expensive chat bots. Having an answer at their fingertips creates a good customer experience. If you are serious about selling more, get this app! I can easily log into the control panel and see how many people have looked at answers to questions on each individual product. This is extremly helpful in identifying what your customer is looking for. From there you can modify your video or description to answer the question before they need to ask. Also I noticed that this App is amazing for SEO because all the questions asked and the answers will eventually end up in the google searches. This in turn gives you more authority as an expert for your products. Lots of fertile ground for growth and taking your store to the next level.

Great Product & Support! - James and the team have developed the perfect application. Provides similar functionality to the Q&A section you see on Amazon product listings. Quick and easy to answer the Q's to help shopper's have the info they need to make an informed purchase decision. Lots of additional upgrade options that we plan to use soon. The support is fast and friendly as well. We had some developer work done to the sight which uninstalled the app. James and team were able to help us get it back up in no time. Get this app it's a no brainer!
