check your settings - The app works well, but they only give you a limited number of page views, which is never enough. The track continuously option is turned on by default, which is kind of sketchy. I did not notice this and was getting charged daily on my card. I caused a stink about this and they eventually refunded it.

Login is a pain - Login in to the app is nearly impossible, they send a password but no log in location for the user, then they say welcome go log in but don't give a password to use. I am locked out and it wont connect in my Apps Dashboard. Refuse to connect error.

Good App with some Bugs Customer Service slow at responding - For the most part the app works as promised. Called customer service and no one returned my call until I left a review. They said they would apply a small credit to my account if I changed my review or deleted it altogether.1. The recordings do not stay up to date. My page currently is showing the last recording being 13 hours ago yet customers were in my store five minutes ago. I have refreshed the page and still no update. This happens quite often which I find to be a problem. Other than that its fun to track what customers are looking at in my store.2. The entire recording can be blacked out and I can't see what pages the customer visited.
