New Pricing Model 2/18/25 is Horrible - Klaviyo's change to their pricing model would increase my monthly cost from $150 monthly to $1,900 monthly. That's not a typo or a joke. They have changed their pricing to focus on "Number of Profiled" over "Number of actual Emails sent Monthly". We have 140,000 Profiles, but send less than 100,000 emails monthly. Their solution is for YOU to jump through hoops and suppress profiles, prune lists, get rid of static or inactive customers. Also, no phone support (Email takes forever, or Chat is virtually useless) for $150 or $1,900 a month is pathetic. We've been a customer for 5 years, and this change to the pricing is not appreciated. Stay away from Klaviyo.

so far so good - new to Klaviyo but so far I've been happy with how it integrates with BigCommerce. I use it for automated flows like Abandoned Cart and Welcome Series. Klaviyo iteself is a huge program and a little overwhelming at first, but they have tons of great resources available for learning and support.

Expensive, but the best email provider and worth the cost - Klaviyo integrates well with all of our BigCommerce data and lets you carefully target emails based on customer purchases, etc. We're so happy we switched to them. In the past we had used Listrak, MailChimp, and others. This one is much better

Lost money and time - Can't comment to Bigcommerce. Forced me to pay for a subscription even before I could start integration. Not that it is not working - no phone support. The only way to get support is via email and the support team replies at 1-2am in the morning. If you try messaging chat - you can't get through the auto messaging option.Not honest company, Not helpful companyI would give these guys no stars - unfortunately you can't save the rating with 0 stars

Exactly the same issue as last review - Also decided to give Klaviyo a whirl after frustrations of testing and retesting and journeys not working in MailChimp. Guess what? Same death spiral of connect-launch-connect-launch in Klaviyo that the most recent reviewer left (17 days ago). If more than two weeks pass and nobody has addressed the issue or bothered t read reviews, they don't even know that they are losing business. Kind of ironic given their market. So much hype but cant even get started. At least I stopped. The previous reviewer is apparently still in the "death spiral"

Can't connect to bigcommerce - I just decided to switch from mailchimp to Klaviyo and when I go to connect to my bigcommerce I am stuck in a death loop that just has me putting my domain in. Haven't even started and it doesn't work. Not worth saving $ if the program does not work from the very beginning.

Decent - Good platform with a ton of features. Setting up flows is easy and has gotten better. Still room for improvement.The big problem is customer service when dealing with bugs and product feed issues. They put the onus on you to solve the problem, even when it's their bug, their product feed issue, or their inability to explain what needs to get done. CS team seems overworked, understaffed, and not trained.

Too many bugs... - It sounds really good from their sales pitch, but for how much they charge there should not be the amount of bugs they have with their email and text system. Two big ones: You can't show sale prices automatically in the emails and the order confirmation emails do not show the sale price the customer purchase. So the customer is emailing you thinking they paid full price when they did not. Putting emails together is more difficult than other places I have used. Support takes a long time to respond and sometimes they don't respond. There are lots of other email and text marketing agencies that are half the cost or less than them. Don't waste your time or money.

Just what we needed - We're still a startup, have used Klaviyo for a little while now. We are very happy with the campaign design module, and the SMS subscription. We have set up the analytics to suit our needs, have tried it out and it works well. The campaign design module is just what we need, not too complicated, enough to do the job. We have so far designed three templates we believe is enough for regular use. Design templates, when needed, is really a breeze. Well done Klviyo!

Great Start - We just migrated from Bronto to Klaviyo. The onboarding support at Klaviyo is fantastic. They take you by the hand and walk you through the program and the warming period. I had quite a few one on one sessions with an onboarding coach (great job Mary O'Connell). It has been a very impressive start so far. I would recommend the program.

Great Email Partner! - We have been working closely with Klaviyo for the past couple years. As a large retailer with a substantial list, it’s imperative that we have a dedicated account representative and Klaviyo has continuously delivered with informative and resourceful representatives. We have worked with other ESPs and so far we can honestly say the Klaviyo outperforms their competition with support, new initiatives and knowledge. Currently, our representative Lucina has provided us with key strategy suggestions that we have implemented and have seen positive outcomes for. The UI of the platform is also a plus for our team. It takes a minimally technology-savvy mind to execute campaigns due to the ease of the platform. I would suggest Klaviyo to any company especially those who like the ease of a uncomplicated UI.

Great experience - This is a great email marketing solution. The benchmarking data is invaluable and the service is always prompt and helpful. The interface is intuitive without being overwhelming. It integrates with our loyalty program, allowing us to centralise all of our emails to customers in the one app.

Over rated - I really wanted this to work but my experience wasn't great.First of all I took it for a trial, a few days later I had a video demo and the sales guy was kinda pushy to get me to signup. He said once I was signed up the team would be in touch to help me get started so I signed up thinking great, they'll be wanting to show me how powerful the software is. Few days went by, no one got in touch so I emailed them and that took a few days to get a reply and was unprofessional really. Couple of weeks later the original sales guy got back in touch to arrange the meeting, I agreed a time, I never heard from him again!Then I discovered their back in stock notifications do not work! Turns out there was a bug. 3 weeks later I was told it was fixed, and it seemed to be but it's playing up again. Also their article to customise their notifications button does not work and even the engineer said it was misleading. Their abandon cart facility is much worse than BC's in-built one, I say that rate drop 90% with Klaviyo. As for their software; it's clever in the way it pulls data but it's badly laid out and not logical. Their help articles are hard to follow and in the end I've concluded the software isn't user friendly, buggy and customer service is not good enough, especially for the money they charge. I can't use this software.So after two months I have cancelled.

Poor Customer Service - Wow. I am trying to figure out if I would like to move all of my emails away from Mailchimp to this platform and I can't get anyone to talk to me. I have requested a demo multiple times and I have emailed support with no answer for 4 days. At least Mailchimp will talk to me if I want them to. I will never move to a platform with no support.

Klaviyo is amazing! - I moved to Klaviyo 2 months ago and so far love it! There is a learning curve because they have so much to offer, but the staff there is always ready to help. I have done live chats with them and when I send email after hours they respond in a timely manner. The available segmenting and analytics is amazing. Definitely worth looking into if you want a robust ESP.

I love Klaviyo! - I love it! Sometimes I wish I had more time to follow up their tutorials. There is a lot of tools and development that can be done by only following them. One think I would love is to have a better access for help and phone access! Other than that this tool is amazing!

Excellent features - U have recently installed this app and it is working wonders , very informative insight and so easy to use , should have known about it earlier
